Would be great , if they would answer their phone ! Tried 3 times & never answered. Reading your reviews, not looking good !
Horrible!!!! We ordered a pizza at midnight they don't close until 1am on Friday they pushed our delivery to door dash and they delivered to wrong address we tried calling papa John's back and no one would answer 20 MINS BEFORE IT CLOSES now on to Saturday STILL NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE I think they see our number and just don't answer WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED they don't deserve to have the franchise name! UNACCEPTABLE PAPA JOHNS DO BETTER
Very little toppings(got ham instead of bacon),boneless bites were extremely small, and the dipping sauce was just garlic butter.
Got the build your own pizza 2for1 the oreo bites and the garlic knots. The oreo bites were tough as heck, cool idea but the dough was overworked. Garlic knots were great! Pizza was decent standard pizza. Wish they would have asked was sauce we wanted, just tossed in some garlic dipping sauce and for some reason a whole jalapeño?
What has happened to our Century Crossing Papa John's?! We used to get our pizza from there all the time. With Christmas baking I was too busy to cook so thought a pizza would be a good idea. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, no onions but black olives instead, couldn't taste the sauce as it was spread so thin(if it was even there) tried to find the topping but the were basically non existent even the cheese was thin. SO DISAPPOINTED!! We probably won't be back. A shame to see this downturn in quality
Ordered extra pep and cheese. Got neither and it was delivered cold. The tip being included before hand was def an additional dissapointment.
None of the toppings seemed cooked at all. The cheese was melted but the green peppers, onions and mushrooms were still cold. The bacon chunks were cold as well. The only warm part of the pizza was the cheese and crust. Had to put each slice in the microwave

They don’t have red chilli flakes. This is a standard condiment. ?

Delivery order. Let's begin. I shouldn't have to heat up my pizza 5 minutes after it arrives. Also I don't know if your pizza knives are dull or you just need to work out a bit but I shouldn't have to cut my own pizza either. The absolute delicious pleasure of boiled wings sprinkled with buffalo sauce rivals any of the best wing places I've been to. Amazing experience and all for the assumed minimum delivery tip of 15% ? Come on now. I'm never tipping that for delivery and you can certainly do better. Extremely disappointing experience.

Been ordering for years from here with great pizza tonight I got the most disgusting pizza ever never again
Trash all I can say. Was Ready in 7-10 mins thought perfect. Then I figured out why made so fast. Too fast. Ordered NY PEP and med regular crust 2 topper. Regular crust was 1/2 to 3/4 thinner than the NY. How can the regular crust be so thin in the center of the pizza (inner 6-8 inches). There was no care going into making this pizza, stretched so thin in the middle built up to 3-4” of crust one side and other side nothing. Unreal. If you’re too busy hire more people. This location when first opened was phenomenal. I don’t know who’s cooking up pizzas now, but they should stop and wrecking the Papa Johns name.At $37with specials. This was such a let down , just like the last few times I had it You want Papa John’s you go to Edmonton stay away from the Spruce Grove location. The owner of this location simply doesn’t care anymore and pumps out pizza with zero Care given. because now this is the third time where I had the laziest effort put into the prep of the pizza before cooking. Pathetic for the cost. Just please care about what you’re doing. Order some where else. Would love for there to be another locations closer.

Asked for well done. It came crispy well done. Ordered NY Style Crispy Cuppy. Was great. Came with Garlic Aioli which really added to pizza. Will order again. Cost was higher than the Brooklyn from Domino's Pizza but they are different pie's. Both 16 Inch. This was thicker.

Don't offer delivery on your website and accept my money when you are going to cancel the order, and then tell me you don't have a driver after almost half an hour. Wastes my time and the conversation I had with your staff when I called about this was incredibly disappointing. I order from you guys all the time but I will be going elsewhere from now on.
