Came to pick up pizza at 1020P and the place was closed, doors locked with the employee just standing in the shadows. Love the pizza, but that kind of service is terrible. Don't say you're open until 11P, but then be closed almost an hour early.

We order papa John's about once a month, usually just stick with the pizza. Tonight we chose to order 30 bonless wings as we were feeding more people this time. $30 for 30 bonless wings, 50% of them were grape sized pop corn chicken, some even smaller.. bbq sauce was just barley drizzled over the pop Corn chicken. Not even tossed in sauce as advertised, not even close to size in pictures online. Some pieces of chicken where literally smaller then my thumb nail. The pizza was good as per usual, I can't complain about that, but getting sides and extras when feeding a larger group and getting a few pieces of tiny chicken not even sauced properly for $30.... im better off going to mc Donald's, very disappointing. If that's you're quality of chicken, at least make the price match the quality.

I ordered three pizza’s this evening for the family for dinner. The cheese pizza is the only one that was correct. Missing toppings on the other two as simple as the bacon on the super Hawaiian pizza, nothing extra was request other than the standard recipe. Delivery was fast, and the food came 20mins sooner than expected which was nice, however would have like to have received the pizzas that were ordered and paid for.

Ignorant delivery driver needs a reality check! Harassment over a tip? Refusing to leave my home and scaring my teenage daughter? Over a tip? He said it was a pre delivery and had to come into work early to do her delivery and $5 was not exceptable and he actually refused to leave. Still waiting for a call back from the manager who “wasn’t around” when she called! Delivery was made Feb 23/23 @11:50am. We don’t have a name unfortunately! Ya he left with NO TIP!

This was the best pizza we've had in a long time. I love the pizza bowls. The time between order and delivery was great, the driver was nice and we didn't go through skip so he got all the tip.. We'll be back for sure!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Ordered for delivery online twice now and have had no problems. Pizza was good. Specials are a good price. They handle their own delivery and I think that is awesome. The website and online payment worked fine for me. all good.

If you get driver Leon, expect attitude and subpar service. Worst delivery driver I've ever had and papa johns should consider customer service even if you're a delivery driver.
