Came in 1 hr before close. We ordered 2 lattes, a frappe, and 2 coffees. Everything was great except the 2 coffees, which tasted old and was not very hot. I think they were avoiding brewing a fresh pot so close to closing time.
Great place for gathering with friends!

If you're going to serve awful coffee, then at least TRY to fake a smile.

Wow! Exactly what I needed. A coconut latte with an ultimate veggie sandwich. Made by Brooke. Yikes! So tasty, for sure I’ll be back and try something great off the long menu.
Kid-friendliness: Waiters are great with loads of patience. Kids will love it here.

Grabbed a coffee only (milkadamia latte). Delicious. Only complaint is nobody called out when it was ready.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level store, fairly easy access.

Went with my grandma who’s disabled and partially blind. A young lady named Brooke made here feel very welcomed and loved, she gave us excellent service and sat down with her listening to my grandmothers many stories. Would highly recommend perks as a place to enjoy amazing coffee and great service!

Just spent $18 on two drinks that were fine but received a lot of attitude from Brooke who huffed & puffed in frustration while taking my order then when asked what the issue was... Brooke ran off to the back & all the teenager employees turned to stare at my daughter & I like we were the devil!! Message left for owner to contact me... we'll see what happens.
Rarely have soup or willingness to serve foor after lunch.

Used to be good when they baked their muffins and they were twice the size! Now they bring them in frozen! They are often dry. Quality has definitely gone down. Will still stop in for the occasional latte though, I find I need an extra shot of espresso as the espresso flavour is very mild.
