I needed a water bottle for a medical test. I thought this kiosk was super convenient. They staff member said they didn't have any water but their response? "We don't have any water, but I can give you a cup of tap water and a straw and charge you for the bottle". Um....what?

They said they were re-opening in the Queen street medical Centre, someone was back for 2 days then they haven't been opened since. What's going on?Food is ok, nice to have when there is nothing else around to eat, prices are kind of high.

I was at Perks yesterday for lunch. I forgot to post this.
Dill Pickle soup and a Caramel Frappe. They were both delicious! The soup was so hot I burnt the roof of my mouth in a couple spots.

Really nice staff and considering it's a full operation you wouldn't know they work quickly and quietly in a very echoed area.

EDIT: Went back and saw a supreme improvement! Clearly management is on point and dealt very well with my complaint. Will absolutely return here for coffee and snacks! Lovely staff!I love perks, but this location is the absolute WORST! The staff here are just awful. Firstly the girls are always on their phones or having inappropriate conversation. In the past when I’ve gone they always act like I’m an inconvenience to them, never say hi or greet me at all. Same goes when I get my order they just leave it on the counter and turn their back so they can go back to phones or conversations with coworkers. I just stopped going there and drive to the one on king street, way better service.
