We bought 2 pizzas and 2 sauces and they only gave us 1 pizza the first time. We called and we were given the second pizza and only 1 sauce. The amount of time we waited was 2 hours! It made us disgusted by the service. Even the food was bad. The whole experience was preposterous. We expected better and we were very unsatisfied. It was quite unacceptable.

Fresh food. Lots of choices for toppings. Meats are actual meats, veggies are actual veggies. Did not taste anything artificial. Good customer service. Very reasonable price.

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza 73 and honestly thought theyād sent me a plain cheese pizza by mistake. Thatās how sparse the toppings were. It was noticeably thin, and I had to look twice to confirm it matched my order. The crust and overall flavor were fine, no complaints there, but the lack of toppings made the whole thing feel like a letdown.
This isnāt the first time Iāve had Pizza 73, and I know from experience that some locations are much more generous. Which makes me wonder if head office might want to take a closer look at consistency between stores. For the price, I expected more substance. When the box feels lighter than usual and the pizza looks unfinished, itās hard not to feel shortchanged.
