I placed a large order for delivery for a dinner event . The food was fantastic, the service between the order taker and the delivery driver was great . Both professional and courteous. All the dinner guests enjoyed the food as well , I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Food wasnt good

This was an open clean freash place,I ordered a combo meal it was good,the only thing I didn't like so much was the sweet n sour sauce had but one flavor (vinegar),ant it was too bad cause it ruined my chichen balls and sweet n sour pork as well as all it touched,hopefully they change that and it will be all delish!

I really love beef curry. I visited this Rainbow Palace restaurant to try their beef curry out. It was amazing. Very good taste. Proper spiciness. And the price was good too. Portion size was excellent. I saw a nearby table with some ginger, beef and that so good as well. The way I like ginger beef as well. I’ll have to go back again in the near future.

We ordered various dishes, my dogs food probably would taste better. The food was tasteless and loaded with soya sauce, the person on the phone had the personality of a bridge troll. I do not recommend and will never return I'll go eat out of a dumpster before ordering here again.

I have stopped ordering any take out from this place. Used to order from here a lot. After the last time even when I had the screen shot saying the order was $54 with free delivery, when the driver got here they had jacked up the price another $15 stating it was the delivery charge, I was shocked and told the driver that is not the correct total and because they ask you to pay in cash I only had enough for the cost and a tip. I told them I wont pay that and they can take the food back. The driver argued even after I showed my receipt. Just so odd. So they seem to like to rip you off at the door and that is not a good, I'll be going to honest businesses from now on.

Tasty meals at affordable prices

This is now our go to for Chinese, every dish we've tried has been flavorful and we don't end up with such upset tummies after eating from here. Their chicken balls have a great ratio of chicken, their spring rolls were my favourite though, and the almond chicken. Much recommend!

Food was excellent service was very good staff friendly. Washrooms and dining area very clean. Prices were very reasonable.

I have been eating food from Rainbow Palace for the past 30+ years. It’s my go to when I need Chinese food. I’ve tried other Chinese food places in the area and nothing comes close. It’s by far the best place in Spruce Grove. The food always is always fresh and delicious. The portions are huge and definitely worth the price.

I honestly gave up on finding a good place to eat in Spruce Grove. Boy am I glad we tried this place. It so delicious, and fairly priced! We will definatly be back!

Had take out for New Year's Eve. Staff was so busy but were on the ball with all the orders going out the door.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant.

Gave us the wrong order then told us WE were wrong. We brought the food back to show them and they still told us we were wrong and that we had the right stuff! I’m no expert but I know the difference between chicken balls and pork ribs…

The worst part for us was that the lady at the front desk was on an intense power trip despite us being as nice and understanding as possible. She was so happy to be “right” about the situation that she was essentially laughing at us!

In the end we had to leave with our wrong order since they refused to change it.

As we walked out the door I stopped and mentioned to her it may be a good idea to not raise your voice at your customers. She proceed to raise her voice again and tell us how we were wrong and that she wasn’t raising her voice.

Will never be going there again for the customer service alone. Please save yourself a headache and do not eat here.

This place used to be great for Chinese food. But the service has gone downhill greatly. Whoever was working the desk was extremely rude when we called about a mix up with our order. Rather than correcting the order, she raised her voice and was incredibly rude. Aside from the rude customer service, the food is also very hit or miss. It used to be consistent, but now it's mostly over cooked and under flavored. There are better places to get your food from.
