Red Chili Leaf is a popular spot in Spruce Grove, offering a range of delicious Vietnamese dishes made with fresh ingredients. While some customers have noticed smaller portions in recent visits, the restaurant's friendly owners and great service make up for it. Takeout options are available, including pad Thai, and kid-friendly options like beef noodle soup are a hit with families. The Five-Color Vermicelli Bowl is a standout—layered with grilled meats, crispy spring rolls, and vibrant veggies, all tied together with a rich, tangy fish sauce. The Pho broth is soul-warming, infused with basil and bean sprouts, and perfect for chilly Alberta days. Service is warm and welcoming, and the owners go the extra mile to explain dishes and accommodate spice preferences. Whether dining in or grabbing takeout, the portions are generally generous, though some recent reviews have mentioned smaller sizes and less meat in certain dishes. The restaurant’s friendly atmosphere and consistent quality make it a cozy spot that brings the taste of Vietnam to Spruce Grove, highly recommended for those seeking bold flavors and comforting meals.
