Wonder staff, food is amazing. Always hot fresh and quick.

I ordered fish and chips and when I went to cut the fish the grease just poured out all over my plate. My waitress was rude and to me I was lucky that she removed it from the bill. The whole plate was soaked in grease. When I asked for the manager I was told he was to busy to come talk to me. I have have has this meal before and never had it grease soaked. Bad part was waitress wanted to argue with me. Saying it was deep fried and that's the way it is. Nasty.

Food was great. However, the service could be a bit better, at least when we were there, the waitress had a hard time keeping up with a few tables and they argued with the costumer at the table behind ours. Not really what you want to see when your having diner with your spouse.

Ordered 2 breakfasts, both were the Two by Fives. Sausages were absolutely disgusting, the colour was a terrifying grey, we told our waitress who offered no fix. Pancakes were bland and greasy, couldnt eat those either. All in allbwe paid $40 for 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon each. Left and went home for breakfast. Dont waste your money, this was my first visit back in 2 years (last visit was absolutely horrible as well) will never be back. Lots of other breakfast options elsewhere in Spruce

Had a 6 Oz. fresh never frozen burger, arguably one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life!!
The craft, texture and flavor was 10 points.
Fresh HOT fries, 10 points.
The service and infectious attitude of the moment we entered, were seated and served...12 points.
This place is amazing.
I've frequented many Ricky's in BC and Ab. but this one is definitely STAND ALONE.
Keep it going gang!!!

Not the greatest breakfast… 2 by 5 was boring, sausages not great, bacon was tiny, pancakes greasy. Eggs and toast were fine, service was good. Definitely not my favourite breakfast I’ve ever had

I normally give pretty generous reviews. Our waitress (Tanya) was the bright spot in an otherwise dismal visit.

I sent pancakes back twice for being undercooked and had to settle for a meat substution in the Reuben sandwich because the restaurant was out of corned beef.

I've not been here for a while, so I went with my wife daughter and friends only to be greeted with the most unfriendly waitress I ever met she was very rude, she could see we was all still eating and kept asking if we needed boxes then sent someone else to ask if we need boxes. The restaurant wasn't busy. Then, when it came to pay, she just shoved the card machine in my face and didn't ask if I was paying buy card or cash. Then, while i was paying, she was quite loud enough to tell another customer that she was only on 15 bucks an hour and only came for the tips. Well, people skills will help with getting tips.

Great pizza and staff was friendly and quik we got our beer and pizza in fast time and was even quiker to get bill ready for us and make us feel good with extra space etc

I often eat at Ricki's in Spruce Grove. Their menu is quite varied and the service is excellent. I often have the same server, Tanya, and she is both efficient and friendly. She usually acknowledges me with a smile and a "hi" before taking my order - makes me want to keep coming back. There are a lot of restaurants in Spruce Grove so someone like Tanya is a valuable asset.
