For me, it's all about the crust. Those other chains have nothing but a cardboard taste to them. Here, the crust is just right, not too thin and not too thick. No cardboard taste! A nice variety of toppings as well.

Was completely ignored by the staff and the a guy that walked around me and placed his order, not even an apology when I called it out, this was my first experience here and will definitely be the last

I ordered online today for a Donaire and set up an account that had ny name, number and other info.. I asked for extra sauce, which was an extra 3 dollars.. estimated time was 30 mins, you would think that when it was ready I would receive a call or text, considering it was 21 dollars.. I picked it up and went home which is literally right around the corner, and I drove, when I got home it was so soggy it pretty much fell apart, and was pretty much cold.. yes I know I had extra sauce, but it appeared to be only on the top.. the whole pita was soggy.. the meat was also salty. I thought the extra sauce would of been in a container..pretty disappointed paying 21 dollars for a soggy mess! Maybe next time if a customer orders online and it's ready sooner than the estimated time, call them??

Ordered the lunch special, the royal Italian loaf, and even showed him the paper that I had, for lunch specials. The guy actually wanted to charge me full price. It is a good thing that I caught him trying to rip me off. I have not been back since.
