Ordered the lunch special, the royal Italian loaf, and even showed him the paper that I had, for lunch specials. The guy actually wanted to charge me full price. It is a good thing that I caught him trying to rip me off. I have not been back since.

The quality and taste that we've expected from Royal Pizza were not there tonight. There was something lacking in the taste of the crust, sauce and toppings. I hope you are not substituting lower quality products to keep your profit margin. A very definite lack of taste today.

Wow … this would be our first time to receive and rate our take out order as HORRIBLY OVER COOKED! Crust was extra crispy and crunchy. Certainly didn’t expect this at all as every order we have received in the past was cooked to perfection. I can say not impressed at all this time from our “go to” pizza place.
Looks like the dog will get the most of it.
One pays dearly for pizza here and would expect a great pizza.

We just moved here from Edmonton, and I must say that this is by far, the absolute best Royal pizza we have ever had! Those gentlemen sure know how to make a pizza compared to the ones in Edmonton. Great job fellas! We will be ordering from you again!
