Pizza was delicious, however very turned off by the front end girl. When asked if we could add something in ( was willing to wait ) was told no the orders been put through. She was very cold and not friendly. No smile or greeting when walking in ,
For me, it's all about the crust. Those other chains have nothing but a cardboard taste to them. Here, the crust is just right, not too thin and not too thick. No cardboard taste! A nice variety of toppings as well.
The quality and taste that we've expected from Royal Pizza were not there tonight. There was something lacking in the taste of the crust, sauce and toppings. I hope you are not substituting lower quality products to keep your profit margin. A very definite lack of taste today.
