The last 3 times I have been to this Starbucks has been extremely disappointing, I ordered a hot matcha and paid extra for salted foam but all 3 times my matcha has tasted like hot milk with barely any foam. I don’t have this issue at any other Starbucks, in fact it taste amazing every other place I’ve went. Really unfortunate spending $30 on drinks that are that disappointing and the fact I’ll have to drive out of my way to go to a farther Starbucks to get more quality drinks.

So I asked for a tall then paid and got grande came out which I was fine with I already paid extra but then I was charged for Carmel sauce that I didn’t get so made me upset ?

Always great coffee!! The drive thru line is quick but there is a tricky road when you leave the window, be very careful! The staff is always friendly and willing to give recommendations. There is usually a seat available if you want to sit down and enjoy your beverage!
I just don't understand how corporate is not doing something to improve the speed of the drive thru service ?
Second edit: after 6+ yrs living in spruce, I now actively avoid this location.
Edit: the slowest drive through ever. The fact you have to wait and block most of the parking lot is absurd.

Barista Troy, I would like to make a complain on his rude behaviour. Talked down to me when i ordered and seemed incompetent for his position. All the girls seemed very nice working though.

Been here 4 times in a week for pumpkin chai being told it’s still sold out. Seems unreasonable considering it’s the season for the most popular drink! Sad panda.
