Worst Service, food and drink I have ever had from Starbucks. My husband and I got there at 9:55am today. And placed our order right away. There were about 5 people ahead of us and about 8 cars lined up outside. Eventually, I counted approximately 30 people inside, and multiple people coming in for Mobile orders throughout. After 15 minutes a lady that order after me got her food but not her drink. Five minutes later, I got my food. 10 minutes later still no drinks. Even a Skip The Dishes delivery lady left without her delivery, she said she had been waiting 20 minutes. People coming in from mobile orders are of course getting their food and drinks.
I finally went to complain and they told me that when mobile orders come in, it pushes our orders back. Finally at 10:25 one of the drinks I ordered came. 10:30 the second drink came. So in the end, cold food, one cold drink, one hot drink, and 35 minutes to get an order I usually get within 5 minutes at any other Starbucks.

This Starbucks location is very busy, and the drive-thru can be difficult to get into due to traffic. Ordering inside was much easier, with a smoother and quicker experience.

15 minutes for a single drink is unacceptable, regardless of how busy the drive through is

I love Starbucks but this location is lacking in several areas of which I am sure they are aware of. 10-15mins to go through the drive through.
Drinks are always made wrong or not up to standard probably because they are always rushing. They need more staff or a better system.
I have been to previous locations that have given out vouchers for a 5$ off for waiting like 5+ mins.
Don’t know why they don’t do that here.

Ive been coming here ever so often, recently my drinks just lack cold foams even when I pay for jt and with my caramel macchiato today was just sad looking. Just looks like an iced coffee with caramel put on top of it.

The hot drinks are always lacking. My caramel macchiato had no foam on top and it tasted like steamed milk and that's it. There was no caramel drizzle on top because it had no foam to hold it. Had to buy a shot of espresso just so it could taste like something other than milk.

I do not frequent this location but everytime that I do, the drinks just are not made right. I will usually send it back and get them to add or remake. I was told to add “extra” sweet cream, it would cost extra…
I have attached a photo because I do not believe this is an acceptable cold brew and that I was given an appropriate amount of cream. I ended up not drinking it and I have decided that I will not be returning to this location. Starbucks in general has gone downhill.. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to have my drink made to standards.

Great friendly service from staff working there. They greet you with a smile and really accommodate you. It's always a plus that goes a long way. Keep it up!
I avoid this Starbucks if I can. Order never is up to standard and rarely actually how I order it.
Service is always terribly slow and has been for years. Will drive across town to the other Starbucks before chancing it here.
