I have never been inside but drive thru staff have always been extremely friendly. Wait times are longer than expected but I understand how busy it can get. I never deter from my favourite drink and it hits EVERY TIME at this location, thats rare.

Honestly, the staff are so rude at this location. They have also never gotten an order completely correct. Never ordering from this location again. This morning was my last straw.

Awe there was a mix up tiff but all was resolved and I ended up with a free Iced Matcha Latte. Thank you so much girls. I'm was very happy with your service and appreciated your generosity.

H, I'd like to share my experience at your westgrove location today around 4PM . I ordered a grande mocha frappuccino, but what i received was just a small cup of whipped cream. I told the barista that wasn't my order but there was no response or effort to correct it. I ended up leaving the store disappointed.

Once in a while l like to get some oatmeal from here for a convenient breakfast, they are usually pretty good and I enjoy myself.

Today was a very disappointing experience. I ordered some oatmeal and it was not cooked, no water no milk nothing just dry uncooked oatmeal.

Will not be going back. Big turn off.

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible service, waited 30 minutes for my 2 drinks. Asked the lady making them about how much longer and she blew up in front of everybody. One of the drinks somehow was like sludge. Will never return. Horrible.

I have had the worst experience here the past few times I’ve been. I’m not usually one to make a review but after today i had to. I ordered 2 coffees and ended up waiting 30 minutes before finally asking about my order. I was snapped at by the barista and ended up leaving in tears. Not to mention one of the coffees was somehow rock solid :/

I just went through the drive thru and met this amazingly sweet and friendly Barista named Halle! What a lovely and positive young lady. Very friendly, and bubbly! Our drinks were absolutely perfect- as usual when we come to Spruce Grove. This is my favourite location west of St Albert.
If all Drive Thru’s had someone like this at their windows- business would be booming!
She is worth her weight in Gold and an asset to this Starbucks. Keep smiling and shining Halle! 🥰🥰

I just had the most wonderful experience with the barista at the window at this location. Super friendly, and very personable plus the added bonus was- she went the extra mile for me, which absolutely made my day! Such great service and kindness. Thank you Ashley! I can see why you have been a valued barista at this location for over 14 years. You are indispensable.🥰
