Ordered 2 venti iced matchas with vanilla cold foam. Got to the drive through and was given 2 iced chai’s. Told them what we ordered and they went to make new drinks. The picture shows what we got. Extremely disappointed.
Staff was incredibly friendly
Waited over 30 minutes for ice coffee. They prioritize drive thru over people inside the restaurant. Never again.
Point system isn’t very clear on their end

I am delivery driver of doordash and i went to pickup my order from this store and associates who are working in this store start shouting at me and tell me to stand in queue. If the delivery driver stand in the line how we can serve the customer on time. I went there daily for my orders but this was the first time when they start shouting at me and ask me to wait in the Queue. I am not the customer of the store that i have to line up. So please behave yourself and respect everyone.
It wasn't always like this but the last couple of times, they always forget to put straw, and this time my order is incomplete, they forgot to put my cold foam, and honestly my shaken espresso doesn't look like shaken espresso, it looks like just a simple iced coffee. Anyway I hope you guys double check, I order via uber eats so there's no way for me to have my drink fix.

Felt unwelcome in the store. Workers were so rude and not helpful, specifically the one with the blonde curly hair and didn’t catch her name. I ordered a matcha latte and it was not mixed at all. every sip i took was filled with dry chunks of matcha disgusting… starbucks needs to work a little harder and not charge as much for an unmade drink. very disappointed.
