I just went through the drive thru and met this amazingly sweet and friendly Barista named Halle! What a lovely and positive young lady. Very friendly, and bubbly! Our drinks were absolutely perfect- as usual when we come to Spruce Grove. This is my favourite location west of St Albert.
If all Drive Thru’s had someone like this at their windows- business would be booming!
She is worth her weight in Gold and an asset to this Starbucks. Keep smiling and shining Halle! 🥰🥰

I just had the most wonderful experience with the barista at the window at this location. Super friendly, and very personable plus the added bonus was- she went the extra mile for me, which absolutely made my day! Such great service and kindness. Thank you Ashley! I can see why you have been a valued barista at this location for over 14 years. You are indispensable.🥰

Relatively short wait and the drinks were great but what really made our experience was our barista Dan who just had 10/10 energy and charisma!

13 minutes wait for coffee and they don’t add caramel to your caramel macchiato. There has never been a sincere apology from this Starbucks as to why your wait time online says 1-4 minutes but once you’ve ordered your wait can be 11-13 minutes which usually means 20 minutes for coffee. There are way better coffee places in Spruce, BTCL Perks or the Tri coffee.

Ordered 2 venti iced matchas with vanilla cold foam. Got to the drive through and was given 2 iced chai’s. Told them what we ordered and they went to make new drinks. The picture shows what we got. Extremely disappointed.

Waited over 30 minutes for ice coffee. They prioritize drive thru over people inside the restaurant. Never again.

Rude staff and never reply on time. Waited 10 min for my americano even no customer was in the store.

Slow service.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the woman that gave me and my daughter cake pops. I was having a really really bad day and her kindness didn’t go unnoticed. I didn’t catch her name, but thank you so so much.
