I went today Nov 11 and happened into the store at 11am just as the Moment of Silence had started. I gave the 1 min signal to the lovely lady that came over to take my order. As we waited in silence the second lady came over and was signaled to wait. Very very respectful of both ladies. Thank you

Person working I could not identify because they weren't wearing a name tag used the gloves she was wearing when I arrived to hand scoop the steak into my sub, then proceeded to wear those gloves to contaminate all the vegetables.

I came yesterday with my husband and I was very pleased with our service. The individuals behind the counter were very accommodating, I asked to switch bacon for extra ham in my great Canadian club and they said yes without issue. They made my sub exactly how I wanted it without making me feel stupid (I order weird, likely a spectrum girlie). Both people were kind and smiling and made it easy and quick to order. We’ve come here before and it’s definitely the best subway in spruce/stony.

This location is by far one of the best subways I have been to. You walk in its very clean, and also adequately staffed. Zero wait time. The amount of toppings is really good too. Overall 10/10. Friendly, polite quick. Awsome thanks ladies

Is this place under new management? Where are the old staff. Fun, kind, polite, quick.. these current, new staff are slowwww, cheap and stingy on toppings.. and I do not appreciate the stare down from the lady behind the till..
To the Subway Team and the Kind Customer — Thank You from the Bottom of My Heart By Debra Hollett I want to extend a truly heartfelt thank you to the incredible Subway employees and the kind customer who were there for me when I experienced a sudden drop in blood sugar while waiting in line. It was a scary and overwhelming moment, but your quick thinking, calm presence, and genuine kindness made all the difference. To the Subway staff — your compassion was clear. You didn’t hesitate to step in, made sure I was okay, and even cleaned up the pop I dropped without a second thought. Your care and humanity went above and beyond anything I expected. And to the customer ahead of me — thank you for your patience and understanding. Your support in that vulnerable moment truly meant the world to me. I walked away feeling not only physically better but also emotionally uplifted. There are good people in this world — and today, I had the privilege of being surrounded by them.

Rose behind the counter was phenomenal, very friendly and kind. The food was top notch and the marching band all had a great time on our picnic! Thank you subway and Rose.

When you put out coupons that say any sub and do not specify footlong, do not tell me when I try to use it that I can’t use it. Any sub means any sub. If it’s only for foot longs then it should say so, as a customer you should honor the coupon as it is because it’s not my problem that it doesn’t read correctly. Horrible experience I’m a regular customer at this location and I will never return. False advertising do better!!!
