I just moved here from bc 2 weeks ago... my whole life was in the midst of falling apart. Instead of rejecting my presence like anyone else would and has. They accepted me and gave me a warm welcome into alberta. One nice woman named rose made me a sub as I told her that I was malnourished from walking for 20hrs sleeping for 8 and then walking another 8 hrs then biking from edmonton to spruce grove. Her brother also helped me print off some resumes so I can further go apply at jobs. The people at this subway go above and beyond for their customers. I'm not sure I've really ever been shown kindness in this way at any restaurant. 10/10 probably the most genuine individuals I've met.

Honestly the best subway experience Iv ever had in my 32 years of existence, customer service was super friendly, the gentleman making my sandwich made sure to provide fresh lettuce (not the bottom of the container), even went above and beyond making recommendations for something close to my favorite sub off the old menu. The team working the evening shift May 29th, 2024. Thank you for a great experience and keep up the amazing work. It's people like you that make customer want to return.
