Because the staff cannot understan english, in an english speaking country, they make me look like an idiot. I am not racest, I speak the truth of the situation. She almost got my order wrong multiple times. I had to speak like an idiot for her to understand. Then she gets fussy and mad at me like I am the problem. More bad food. Why is it they make worse subs when you order with the app. Got old bread that was flaking and leaking through the wrap. Had to wash my hands and table when I got it to work. I wish the owner would deal with this poor food quality.

Seemed like they actively attempted to avoid anything more than what was on the menu. Ordered extra meat on both meats and got just the basic amount. Would be fine with had the collective extras cost 5$ a piece. Also Got one slice of tomato is crazy as well . Go to any other subway that isn’t this one. Complete scam

Phoned this location at 3:40pm to order one platter for 5:00pm with two turkey sandwiches, 2 ham and 1 cold cut.She told me she was by herself and asked if I could call back in a bit. I said ok and decided to just stop in and order as I was in the area anyways.I stopped in at 4:00pm and when I arrived there was ONE other customer she was just finishing up with. I asked to order a platter again for 5pm, she told me she didn't think she could do it because she was by herself. I said it's 5 sandwiches cut into 3's. You'd have to make them if I ordered them individually anyways, I'll go somewhere else.Called another Subway and they took my order no problem. Won't be coming back here if it's that difficult to make 5 sandwiches in an hour.

This place doesnt have a clue what is in there food. Not sure how restaraunts can legally operate like this. If you have any diet restrictions I recommend going elsewhere.

im a vegetarian and i told them i wanted no meat on my sub and after making a turkey sub for someone else and touching so much ham she made my sub immediately after without changing her gloves while grabbing my cheese and veggies. grossed me out. They weren’t very kind either, seemed really irritated we were there asking them to do their job
We ordered skip the dishes from Century location in Spruce Grove, I double checked the receipt, then charged me for 2 combos, but only sent one combo. She tried to lie about how much I was charged for, but the receipt don’t lie. When she finally admitted they charged me for 2 combos, she said next time I’m in the area they will look into it. I asked her to get skip to deliver it to my house. She told me they would never do that. So basically they just stole my money.And they were super rude about it.Save your money, go to another location

Despite the other (fake) reviewers. This is the best subway in the city by far. Treated everyone fairly and equitably. Almost moved to tears due to the high level of customer service. Anyone who says otherwise clearly hasn’t been to this location before
