The staff at this Subway need serious training on both respect and basic food service. While I was ordering, an employee asked me, “Where are you actually from?” — implying I didn’t belong. That’s not just inappropriate, it’s offensive. I came to order food, not to be interrogated about my identity. Your job is to make sandwiches, not make customers feel othered or uncomfortable.
On top of that, the food was unacceptable. We were served undercooked chicken, bacon that was somehow “cooked” in 15 seconds, and a cookie that was basically raw dough. Completely careless and unhygienic.

Excellent service here. We had an emergency order for our school population and the staff here jumped in to get the order filled in record time. They all went above and beyond. Our order was easily labelled which helped on our end to get it sorted. Also the order was ready when they said it would be. Thanks from Evansview School

Had a great experience at this Subway! Nirav and his team were incredibly efficient, friendly, and patient, even during rush hour. The service was quick, and the food was fresh and well-prepared. Definitely coming back!
Ordered a sub, as the lady was making it, a giant beetle thing crawled out of the lettuce, she proceeded to flick it back into the lettuce and carry on as if nothing happened. She knew I saw the beetle. She didn't replace the lettuce, or offer to remake my sandwich, she just continued to make my sub, which her beetle flicking latex gloves touching all my food. Very gross.
