Yeah don't go to this Subway I come in at 9:40 the guys in the back cleaning fair enough he must have heard the door open cuz it Make some noise when you enter he didn't hear it fair enough I waited patiently for 2 to 3 minutes maybe even 5 minutes I say excuse me doesn't hear me or is ignoring me I wait another 5 minutes and then I say it again again no sound nothing ignoring me I'm not going to be banging on the walls to try to get his attention it's a business he should be someone at the front shouldn't be back in the counter when the store is open that's a good way for things to get stolen especially if he's not paying attention to the front then I proceeded to leave I'm late for work waited 10 to 15 minutes for some guy that's in the back ignoring me go somewhere else

My daughter and I popped in for a treat after a big day, and my credit card didn't work. The sweet individual who put our sandwiches together treated us both so kindly and with goodwill, offering for us to eat our meal while we waited for my husband to come with a backup option to pay. Thank you so much for smoothing out an uncomfortable situation, helping a hungry kiddo, and for treating us with care and dignity while we sorted it out. The food was delicious, the storefront was clean and well stocked, and everyone who was on staff was kind and friendly. (Thank you especially to the kind person who made my day, you never know what people are experiencing and when a bit of kindness can make a big difference.)

He quality has taken a sharp decline and the pricing has skyrocketed. They do not read any instructions when ordering through the app. If you ask for extra veggies or sauce, they seem to give you less. The sauces have changed and taste like hot garbage. Bye.

Ordered a couple hours in advance for a 12:15pm pickup. Watched the app as it told me it was Ready for Pickup. Arrived late at 12:20 and nobody even knew that there was an order. They checked through the til and found that there was a mobile app order. Why would a restaurant indicate they are Building, and then that it is Ready? Quite disappointing.
The Smoked brisket sub is the best sub I've had so far. Was absolutely delicious ?

The woman working today did a very poor job with regular food handling and customer service. Honestly I would recommend going to the burrito ? or pizza place next door for better food quality and service.The vegetables did not look fresh sadly.
