HORRIBLE customer service! The arrogance and rudeness of the staff is only getting worse. If they mess up your order...and they will....don't go back in hopes they make it right. They will treat you like the problem and refund you without a sorry or a smile. Expect a extra side of attitude too. Whatever happened to accountability and manners? Instead of firing rude people...it's part of the qualifications to be employed there.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Hardly any cheese, meat and all the other ingredients. Corporate Office will be informed as they are not following proper portions. Food is no where near its advertised to be. My option, steer clear.

Terrible service in the drive through… took about 10 minutes for someone to even take the order and told me to park at the front after waiting so long and then got my order wrong.

Been ages since I was here, as previous experiences weren't great. But cravings get ya! So I went to the Drive thru and everything was perfect tonight.
Had to repeat a bit of my order, but no big deal. I think he wasn't quite ready for me to be ready!
Laurence was polite and prompt. Was sure to offer me hot sauce and very good service.
Food was good, but the person taking my order was horrible! Could Barely speak English! Please learn English! Then I got dirty looks when I couldn't understand them. Not impressed

Always forgets an item when getting food, didn’t bother to pick up the phone after 3 times of calling hung up each time. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone if you’re looking for a quick dinner. Go elsewhere they don’t bother checking if they have everything, just put it “all” in a bag and just shove it off.

A friend purchased a $50 gift card for me. I tried to use it here and their machine kept saying “card swipe error.” The employee did not offer any advice and just told me it’s not activated. Didn’t offer for me to pay another way. Just moved on to the next customer. I was so shocked so I just said “have a good day” and left. I will drive into the city in the future.
Edit: went back in and chatted with a manager. They still couldn’t get the gift card working but did give me my burrito for free. They said they have different gift cards now and that mine only works in the city.

I would give a zero but not an option. Ordered party pack, told to wait out front, got my order and drove away in good faith. Wasn't even on the main road and hubby reached in to get his fries and a taco and they were ice cold. Couldn't turn around because of the meridian on main road so paid over $30 for shitty service and cold food. Will never visit this location again, which is too bad because it's the closest to my home

Who can resist taco bell. Great once a month or so when you are craving Mexican food. I realize it is not the real deal, but how can you complain about the prices.
