kevin is the absolutely best and most incredible employee this place has!! not only did he take our order super efficiently, he was very understanding when it came down to making our experience the best as possible. he’s a very nice guy who’s amazing at his job, also the food he gave us was so delicious 10/10 if you go to this location get kevin to make your food he’s a gem!!! give him a raise!!!!!

This is the worse TACO BELL in the country! EVERYTIME we order they get it wrong because they can not understand you. ( they do not speak English) with an allergy to certain food , they sure don’t care! Also the employees when we order and are waiting for food they will talk in their language and sit there and laugh. I personally think it’s rude When you eat in the restaurant you are constantly batting little bugs away!!! They should maybe do a deep cleaning in the garages or kitchen to see WHY they have bugs flying around in the middle of winter. Also the staff has no respect for the customer . My kid orders from here a lot and now she said enough is enough and not going there anymore. She open her order and the fries were put in upside down and when she pulled them out of the bag everything fell onto the floor and her. ( staining her clothes) if we could get Baja Blast in fountain somewhere else we would NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Enough is enough maybe the owner should be looking after his or investment because if I was the owner of this place there would be HUGE changes ! !

My dad and I were just here and got a Dorito taco meal (asked for no sour cream) and 8 chicken tenders. First of all they forgot the tacos entirely, after we finally got the tacos they had sour cream. Just cutting our losses instead of going back for the second time. These employees clearly do not understand simple instruction. Will not be going back. Waste of $40 do not recommend.

Some of the best service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! Specifically the young men working the late night shift went above and beyond for me, I hope they are getting paid well for it because they deserve it for how much they care about their customers!
Went to the drivethru the other day and waited about 20-25 minutes in line from driving up to getting my order handed to me. The service here is always incredibly slow.

I'm a fan of the taco, and there are not to many of these left in the city. I do find they do load up the fries supremes and give you a larger then normal taco. I will keep coming back here !
