Had to wait too long. Nacho supreme was made first and it sat there while they fried up the chicken. So the nachos were cold and soggy. The fries were cold. Our order sat on the counter while I waited. Should have gotten it when it was ready. All the tables were dirty. Had to ask for a cloth and clean our table myself.

I visited this Taco Bell twice in a week. I had to make dietary modifications and had to ask a lot of questions. The gentleman (K.), that took my dine in order, was extremely helpful, patient, nice and knowledgeable. Place was very clean. Good experience, which was different to the last time I visited about a year ago where it was not.

My food is never right when I go through drive thru. I guess I should check but they completely forgot my son’s meal tonight and now won’t answer the phone. Pop is basically syrup. I even got Taco Bell items in my bag even though I never ordered it

Manager and staff were straight up yelling at each other over food not getting out quick enough and had over 4 separate people having to speak to the manager due to the inappropriate workplace settings infront of customers on top of them all waiting well over 25 min if not more for food personally it shouldn’t take 25+ min to make a single crunch wrap. I highly recommend taking business to other taco or chicken places as there’s quite a few in spruce grove that taste better have a healthier work environment for their staff and better efficiency and customer service. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with what I’ve experienced and witnessed other customers experience.

Absolutely amazing service by the Taco Bell team! i asked for special instructions to my order through door dash and they delivered exceptionally!! i am so happy with my experience today and will definitely be ordering again lol! me and my girlfriend have been getting taco bell from this location for years and weve always loved it!! ignore my messy kitchen

Disgusting bathrooms that have urine all over the base of the toilet . No toilet paper in the washroom. Employees attitude leaves little to be desired . Instead of barking at customers maybe treat them a little more respectfully. Tagalog used on the floor in front of customers . Trainee on terminal alone that messed up the order and they expected us to pay for the missing stuff and wait in line again.

This has to be one of the worst taco bells. The place was filthy. Every single table was dirty and had garbage on it yet only 1 other patron in the store. We had to ask to have a table wiped and the staff member was not to happy to do so and instead of cleaning each table up at that moment, she quickly swept ours and the went back behind the counter and was doing nothing but standing around. The food was cold and not correct order. Would never ever come back to this location again. COMPLETE DUMP! And staff just standing around not caring about the facility or hygiene of this restaurant. Inspectors should do a stop in.

HORRIBLE customer service!
The arrogance and rudeness of the staff is only getting worse. If they mess up your order...and they will....don't go back in hopes they make it right. They will treat you like the problem and refund you without a sorry or a smile. Expect a extra side of attitude too. Whatever happened to accountability and manners?
Instead of firing rude people...it's part of the qualifications to be employed there.
