Incredible food, friendly and warm staff, excellent service. Has been a staple component of dining out for years and will continue to recommend Tasty Vietnamese to everyone. Worth the drive from edmonton, or from anywhere.
I had 6 color vermicelli bowl and I had a really sore stomach for 2 days. I had to fast after eating this the next day because it made me feel so sick. The chicken tasted nice but it had a really weird texture and it was thin and weird. I guess I shouldn’t have eaten it. The shrimp tasted nice.
Unfortunately I’m unable to give this place 5 stars. I came here because I saw they had fried rice on the menu and obviously I had to try it. I asked the waitress if I could have my chicken fried rice spicy and she replied saying “no you can add it yourself”. I found this odd as they have spicy items on the menu meaning they have ingredients in the back to make things spicy. I then asked “do you have chili peppers in the back”.
