Went here for the first time tonight. - Service 10+ points!!! - 3 burger slider w/tower onion rings, whoa, the bomb...best ever sliders, best ring crunch and flavor, flavor...10+ points!! - Wife had a Beef dip, said one of the tender, juiciest ever....also 10+ points!!! The food at the Beer Hunter in Spruce Grove was honestly disgusting—greasy, overcooked, and clearly not fresh. But what really pushed this visit over the edge was the management, especially Shannon, who was shockingly rude. She spoke down to the servers right in front of customers, creating a super uncomfortable atmosphere. No one deserves to be treated like that at work. It was clear the staff were doing their best, but the toxic environment was hard to ignore. Between the gross food and the awful attitude from management, I won’t be back—and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I recommend to avoid this place.

Aug 4..... Usually this place is our go too & usually excellent food, however this is now the 2nd time in a row it was not good. The tomato basil soup was incredibly bland & the 2 orders of chicken wings tasted funny and were so cooked they were almost burnt but we ate it instead of waiting on new food, not sure I would eat here again but I would likely still come for drinks SERVICE FROM BRETT was AMAZING AS ALWAYS!!! Big props up to him, so friendly and really on top of caring for his customers. Always such a joy to have as a server and makes the stay that much more enjoyable!! Props up buddy!! He deserves recognition!!!

It was our first time at beer hunter as we’re new to the area, we got service very quickly and the red headed server was quite friendly! She made some great food suggestions so we tried the smashed burger and donair poutine. They were both quite tasty, would recommend coming here.

Stopped by on Friday afternoon with a girlfriend, Sat on the patio as it was such a beautiful day. Our waitress (with the kool-aid red hair) seemed bothered to have to serve us. It was either racism or sexism as she was more than friendly with the other tables that were all men. Our bill seemed pretty expensive for what we ordered and asked for a receipt. She gave us an awkward pause then magically our bill was a bit cheaper. There was no tip option and just asked us to tap. It was a very strange interaction.
