Very friendly staff. Our server Rylie was great. Made sure we were happy with the meal. The music was a little bit loud asked if she could turn it down. She did and said sorry about that. We will be back to enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Rylie thank you for making sure we were happy with our meal.

The steak was more than half fat. We reserved the time the hockey game started so we could have drinks and watch the game. Being a sports forward bar I assumed that we wouldn't have to request a seat where we could both watch the game. We got put in the corner with only 1 TV so we were unable to watch the game together. Was told they would buy a round of drinks for the disappointment. Asked for paralyzed and we were given vodka and milk. No pop, coffee liquor, or cherry so they couldnt be bothered to make it right. Asked the waitress for a pop when she brought our food. She said "for sure" and 20 minutes later not exaggerating, finally our waitress came to ask if we were good (almost done our meal at that point). My boyfriend said she asked for a drink 20 mins ago and I looked at her and said dont worry about it im done eating and my drinks watered down. She came back to help the table 2 tables down from us and then the table right beside us and skipped us completely even though my boyfriends plate was piled with all the fat from both our steaks and used napkins (clearly he was done eating). My boyfriend yelled "excuse me" and she walked away. I had to go walk to where she was standing and ask for a box to go, no eye contact from her at all. We were supposed to be given free steak sauce with the meal and she never brought it. We paid over 100 dollars to have a zero service and rude waitress at that. Horrible experience and will never be returning to spruce grove brew house. The only positive was the one waitress/hostess who tried ro find us new table and bought us a drink each. I thanked her at the end.

Excellent night out. Food great, service great, and timely. Didn't have to wait at all. Very pleasant experience.

James is one of those servers who just gets it right. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything we ordered came out exactly how we wanted. You can tell he genuinely cares about his tables his energy makes the whole experience better.

If you’re going to Canadian Brewhouse, ask for James. He turns a regular night out into a great one. Highly recommend!
