I’ve been to CC on many occasions and have always found the food, drinks & service to be great. My only peeve is the recipe to the bag of toonie ginger snaps must have changed since 2024 (or 2023.) Seems like either too much allspice or molasses (guessing?) and not enough ginger flavour. My family all said they don’t really taste like there’s ginger in them this year. My one daughter who visits from BC even asks to stop by to get some but this year’s flavour is off...
When we entered we were seated quickly and cookies were provided...this was a tasty start. The hostess was very polite as was the waitress. My wife & I both enjoyed atmosphere and service. I highly recommend this location.
