Absolute guessing game if you’re going to get your actual order. Every day I stop here before work and every day they give me a dark roast instead of regular coffee and a sausage blt instead of bacon, or they skip the butter, or give me something completely different. Absolutely ridiculous and so frustrating. Horrible start to the day. Don’t even like McDonald’s but I’m going there from now on.

Yesterday I got a hazelnut latte, and just like the pumpkin latte, by the time I got to the last 3 inches of coffee there were these like gelatinous balls in it. I assume it is like the flazourized syrup they put in the hot drinks but it makes me want to puke having gelatinous balls in my drink. I won’t be getting any hot flavoured drink again from Tim’s.
