Simply asked for three bacon wrap with no egg and one without sauce. But Instead i got two without sauce and one with, not what I asked for as I come here everyday it kinda should be understanded by now..

Learn how to pack an oder and double check if it has all the items the customer PAID FOR. Not only that my Iced Cap was not even made properly. Was very disgusting with my Syrup in it than an icey drink.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. I drive through in the morning on my way to work. 3 issues, 3 days in a row. Undercooked bacon and egg day 1 (enough to throw out), they put a weird salad dressing on my BELT day 2 when I asked for mayo (and the screen confirmed it), and now a coffee when I asked for a hot chocolate (I don’t drink coffee). I don’t have time to go back in the mornings to swap it out so I just will never go to this location again and tell others to avoid it.

What in the actual hell! Saturday morning coffee is burnt and breakfast was cold and dry. Do better!
So I go here maybe too much. Almost every weekday for 5 years. The staff know my voice at the drive thru haha. But in all honestly I love the service here. Sometimes they have gotten my order wrong when they are super busy and the breakfast wraps can be put together with less sauce than it should be, but besides that they are dead on. The best part is the human interaction. The staff are all super personable and happy. They work so hard in there and yet they still have a good time and laugh. They can take that 30 seconds at the window to smile and make me smile. In the world we live in, that makes the difference. It turns a not so good day into a much better day everytime. Thank you all for your hard work!!!! And a special thanks to Jenn and Rodney who always put a smile on my face 😀

I don't know what's been with this location lately, a couple weeks ago the apple fritter I ordered was borderline frozen and now apparently chocolate glazed donut is the new honey glazed donut. Get it together.
*Edit, clearly can't get orders right whatsoever. My friend even heard me say I ordered potato wedges, how did that get missed? I should stop coming to this location, but this location is too convenient.

So disappointing everybody who works there does not speak English looks like they speak their own language . I don’t know what they are saying and they don’t even know how to take orders nicely

They speak Tagalog, not english. Owner needs to discipline them. At work, only english....
