So I go here maybe too much. Almost every weekday for 5 years. The staff know my voice at the drive thru haha. But in all honestly I love the service here. Sometimes they have gotten my order wrong when they are super busy and the breakfast wraps can be put together with less sauce than it should be, but besides that they are dead on. Yesterday I got a hazelnut latte, and just like the pumpkin latte, by the time I got to the last 3 inches of coffee there were these like gelatinous balls in it. I assume it is like the flazourized syrup they put in the hot drinks but it makes me want to puke having gelatinous balls in my drink. I won’t be getting any hot flavoured drink again from Tim’s.
This has been the BEST Tim Hortons I've been to. The service is top notch every single time. I'm greeted every morning with a smile, quick service and a wish fir a good day.
