DO NOT EAT HERE! If you want a drink and feel like waiting in the drive thru, knock yourself out. When the drive thru lineup is too long and you go inside and you're the ONLY customer inside and it takes over 15 minutes for them to make a wrap, and then it's WRONG! that's unacceptable. Took over 20 minutes to get my correct order and not only did they not remake the wrap, they just added the missing items and then handed it back but they didn't even re-wrap it. I was handed back a pile of ingredients on an open tortilla that I had to then try ro re-wrap, mayonnaise all over my hands. Just do yourself a favor and go to another location. This is possibly the WORST Tim Hortons location in Western Canada and I drive all over Alberta and BC for work, every small town, every major city, every highway. I've never experienced this level of incompetence at any other location and I pretty much live on Tim Hortons.

This Tim Hortons is one of the best. The service and coffee is consistently great, unlike other places where it taste water down. I don't know who made my dark roast this morning, but it was absolutely excellent. Thank you very much. Keep up with the excellent service.

Super long drive through lineup which made me late for work, so i thought id get timbits for being late. Well they somehow someway didnt hear me even when i clearly requested them. Idk how you can work at a tim hortons and not listen when someone asks for timbits. Now i feel bad for being late to work :(

This tim hortons is absolutely garbage. The coffee is hit or miss. The doughnuts are stale. The staff doesnt listen to you when you order. Recieved wrong items multiple times. Its a basic job and they still cant get it right lol what a joke
