I've only been to the drive-thru, and only a couple times. But the drive-thru staff are always very polite and super friendly. They always look very efficient. They always have several or a few people at the window which I bet helps out a lot. This place undoubtedly gets very busy, but they're doing a great job. Very professional and fun crew running this location??

Got a coffee today and this isn’t the first time this happened and I tasted it and it seemed not to have sugar in it and I got home and I was able to scoop the sugar out of the bottom of the I get the drive through time but it’s not hard to stir a coffee

Walking in and being ignored while being the only person in the store at 4:15 isn't a good look. Maybe tell the staff that stare at me to let someone know that there is a guest at the front.

Very disappointed with this locations customer service. Noone in line except for me, and there are 5 ladies running the drive through window. One of them is running like mad fulfilling a order, while the other 4 chit chat. Three of them noticed that I was standing there but apparently their conversation amongst themselves was substantially more important. I politely waited for them to finish [eye roll] .... Finally one girl took off her headset and completed my order. A customer service refresher is recommended.
