Around the store is gross, stains and cigarettes all over the ground. Signs are all off outside. Cashiers were awesome. I could hear the employee in the back having conversations and laughing while I wait for my food order. A couple minutes go by before he even comes and starts the order and several more until it's finished, my coffee is almost cold before I even have my food. He is a rude employee too, I don't know his name but he is a white man with brown hair worked at about 7P.M. Also contaminates everything using same gloves for every different kind of food.Disappointing visit to this place

My friend and I visited this Tim Hortons today, and we were shocked by the extremely rude behavior of one of your staff members, Samii/Samli. From the moment we placed our order, he was dismissive and unprofessional. When we asked for a Farmer’s Wrap, he flat-out refused to make it and spoke to us in a way that made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. To make matters worse, when handing us our order, he didn’t show even the slightest courtesy instead, he simply dropped it on the counter as if we didn’t matter at all. His attitude was not only unhelpful but downright insulting. We have always thought of Tim Hortons as a warm and friendly place, but this experience was the complete opposite. No customer should ever be treated this way. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue immediately and ensures staff are properly trained to treat customers with respect.
