Around the store is gross, stains and cigarettes all over the ground. Signs are all off outside. Cashiers were awesome. I could hear the employee in the back having conversations and laughing while I wait for my food order. A couple minutes go by before he even comes and starts the order and several more until it's finished, my coffee is almost cold before I even have my food. He is a rude employee too, I don't know his name but he is a white man with brown hair worked at about 7P.M. Also contaminates everything using same gloves for every different kind of food.Disappointing visit to this place

My friend and I visited this Tim Hortons today, and we were shocked by the extremely rude behavior of one of your staff members, Samii/Samli. From the moment we placed our order, he was dismissive and unprofessional. When we asked for a Farmer’s Wrap, he flat-out refused to make it and spoke to us in a way that made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. To make matters worse, when handing us our order, he didn’t show even the slightest courtesy instead, he simply dropped it on the counter as if we didn’t matter at all. His attitude was not only unhelpful but downright insulting. We have always thought of Tim Hortons as a warm and friendly place, but this experience was the complete opposite. No customer should ever be treated this way. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue immediately and ensures staff are properly trained to treat customers with respect.

My elderly father found a chunk of plastic in his soup.. ordered a triple triple and it tasted like it had no sugar. Also food on the floor in the dining area. No drive through as well.
I visited the store around 9:15 PM and asked for the dinner deal, which is officially available until 11 PM, as mentioned on Tim Hortons’ site. I understand the store closes at 10 PM, but I was surprised to be told the pizza oven was already cleaned and the deal wasn’t available.
If the offer is until 11 PM, it would make sense to keep it available at least until 9:45 PM. It felt a little unfair to be turned away that early.
Also, I asked for potato wedges or hash browns as a side—something clearly listed as an option for the dinner deal—but was told they aren’t available after 5 PM. That’s pretty confusing and disappointing when it’s shown as a valid choice online.
The staff member wasn’t rude, but the experience didn’t match the expectations set by Tim Hortons’ official info.

Saw the ‘Summer Timbit Bucket’ and they told me they were out but then said they did have them and when I get to the window they give me the Halloween bucket…. July 23/25 Summerween everywhere

I have been to this Tim Hortons numerous times, and I always find it to be a friendly atmosphere, and they have staff who prepare and serve well. On my latest visit, I tried the Reynolds breakfast box, which I found to be one of the best menu items to order. It does have Chipotle sauce, so you may find it to be a little spicy if you are sensitive to spicy food. I would definitely recommend it, and I'll be back for more.
