I used to go to the west Edmonton location a number of years ago. I thought I’d try the spruce grove location. Very, very disappointed. I actually didn’t eat my food because the sauce tasted off as well as the chicken. The place looks abandoned and the coolers were empty. I chose to take my 17.00 loss and go with my gut instinct. As well, I am shocked that this is an approved sit down establishment without having public washrooms.

This take out place, what do you expecting but it is not authentic place, all mixed up...Chinese foods etc, also some hygiene issue that i noticed however Only thing... staffs are nice though

The dumplings and green onion cakes were great but unfortunately the sushi was absolutely horrible. I am new to town and thought I'd give it a try but I will not return for their sushi.

Tokyo Express used to be my favorite! I hadn’t went in a while and wanted to treat myself. This did not do it. It was terrible! The rice was mushy, the sauce was tasteless and nothing like the last time I had it. It was evident that the chicken was not fresh and had been sitting there for a while. It went right in the garbage after a few bites. Very disappointing and won’t be back.

I found this white stuff in my spicy tuna hand cone and am disgusted 😫 I can’t even begin to speculate what that might be

Neither Tokyo, nor Express. Waited for over 1 hour for a delivery to the location 5 min away from the restaurant. Tempura was laden with oil and I won't even mention the quality of the sushi. Once delivered, there was no chopsticks. I was told this was bc they get wasted, so they have to be ordered. Not a good experience.
