My husband ordered something for me to let me sleep in (very sweet) but I woke up right after he ordered and wanted something different. There was no way to cancel online but the woman who took my call on Saturday morning was so helpful and friendly and fixed the order and even apologized to me. I was the difficult one! Thank you

Took over one hour from when we ordered to receive food. Food was okay.

I arrived as a single diner. I was offered a dark table area deep inside the dining area. Not what I prefer for sure. I asked if I could sit in one of the many empty tables by the front windows which were bright and cheery. I was obliged. My server arrived in a reasonable amount of time and I ordered coffee to drink. 9 minutes later no coffee. Several servers walked by my table with no eye contact. I also wanted the pass word for internet guest but with no one attending I just sat there thinking how much I dislike the service...so I left. Went to A&W and ordered full breakfast and got my coffee about 20 seconds.

Not busy. Was sat and waited for over 10minutes to be served before walking out.
Went to Denny’s and was sat and served quickly and they were busy

The did was ok. I ordered the salmon eggs Benedict. They were fine, however the shredded hash browns were clearly not fresh. Tasted like they had been done quite some time before they were served to us. I also ordered the fruit bowl and it was ok as well. The server was good, attentive and checked on us a couple of times during our meal.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant with our kids.
They do not have a separate kids menu, so we had to read the options to our kids, which isn’t a big deal.
Prices are on par for other breakfast places… however…. What we got for those prices was incredibly disappointing. We ordered the new chicken with French toast, breakfast poutine, and the brunch.

Chicken with French toast was a total rip off. Two slices of thick sandwich bread French toast style, with ONE thin chicken breast deep fried split between the massive slices of bread, for $19.75, I should be getting TWO chicken breasts. If this was a dinner, I’d be getting two. Also, no sides. No hash browns, no fruit, nothing comes with it.

My husbands poutine was was more of a hollandaise soup. There was so much sauce on it you couldn’t taste anything else. No toast was offered on the side either, which is the norm for other places. No sides offered either.

Last but not least the brunch, which was probably the best out of the three, this was split between my two kids because the kids menu didn’t have plain French toast with any sides. Not every kid wants bananas and strawberries on their French toast. No big deal. This worked out well, and probably looked the best value of the three meals we got.

For $75 for this family meal… we were left incredibly disappointed in the meals.

Went with a large group placed by the kitchen and thank god cuz we had 4 littles with us. The pricing on normal breakfast was great but seeing almost $20 for a breakfast bowl was kinda crazy. I've seen them for most $15. The food was great, crispy potatoes and the pancakes were fantastic and I don't usually eat them. They were crispy and fluffy in the middle. Besides the awful coffee, it was a great experience. Servers were very attentive.

Just not enough staff to serve what should be quick breakfast, twice I've been in the last 6 months and both times the same, food is good though

This is the second time I brought my children to this restaurant. I have to say.. they really enjoyed the menu. My 10 year old couldn’t stop eating. He ordered an adult sized classic burger, and since kids can eat free after 4 pm, he got his free kids meal. He ordered the crepe. He ate both meals.
My toddler loved the Bacon & Grill Cheese with fruit & fries. I laughed when she told the waitress, “I’m going home, and want to bring all these” as she points to her fruit bowl.
Food was fresh, the chef timed everything perfectly. Was so esthetically pleasing to look at. We went at about 6 pm, people were just leaving from the dinner rush. The waitress is so nice. My daughter is usually a shy girl, but really likes the waitress here.
If you are looking for some place to bring the kids that is not going to break the bank. This is the place!
Breakfast and lunch is their specialty, but there’s something on the menu no matter what time you go!

This place sucks period. We had to wait for 20 minutes before someone came to get our order. They give us the wrong order.

After getting the food my son told me that the food looks like it's been sitting fir months.

1 hour after eating the food, my son started vomiting and I had the same plus diarrhea.

Worst experience ever 😪

Food decent but my favorite is breakfast poutine. Service a lil slow and the place really needs free pop refills.

This was our first time here and we were bowled over by the service and quality of food even on a busy Saturday! Our waitress was Becky (Rebecca) and she went out of her way to accommodate our children's requests. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for us!

First and last time there. We were seated and I had to finally ask someone for menus. Food came, had to return mine as very overcooked. We were finished our meal, and again had to wait for our server to bring bill. Finally walked to entrance and asked to pay our bill. Waited again for our server to finally bring it. This is the first time I’ve left $0 tip ever! Definitely won’t be back!
