I was the only person in the restaurant, no drive thru happening either. Staff had a great conversation happening in the back. The dining room had five dirty tables and three other tables had debris and food particles on their chairs. I noticed there was meat on the floor underneath one table and chunks of something underneath another table that was obvious from 20 ft away. A little more time needs to be spent cleaning the dining room during slow hours.

Me and my crew has experienced food poisoning a few different time for this location. The sanitary must not be very good. I do not recommend eating there.
Called in, told them burger was raw, the woman said no problem come in with receipt and they’ll refund my money. So I did that the next day…the woman behind the counter literally rolled her eyes when I told her I wanted a refund and not another burger. Like it’s my fault the burger was undercooked! Worst customer service, will never stop there again

Had 4 disappointing experiences here in the last 2 weeks. 1- soggy burger bun 2- wrong item, staff argued with me. 3 and 4 - ordered the spicy chicken club and both occasions no cheese or bacon on the sandwich. I tried to call them this last time, and no one picked up after 3 attempts. Tried to do the online survey and it said I couldn't.

My name is Chadwick Benjamin, I dined at this particular Wendy’s establishment on August 8th, at 1:07pm rounded to the nearest minute. I was and am very impressed by this particular Wendy’s. I ordered my usual order, 4 dave’s doubles with double extra mayo and no patties. Service was sufficient, nothing special but definitely above average, and my food came in a timely manner. After I guzzled down my heart stopping meal, I had to check out the bathroom to wash my hands. The bathroom WAS in excellent condition until I dropped an earth shattering bomb in their toilet. I think I single handedly caused a tidal wave in Vietnam. After I undeniably obliterated their only stall and left the stench of 1000 men, I quickly washed my hands and left on my way. Overall not as good as the doom of my underwear in the stony plain A&W, but still a solid 9/10 experience, would dine again.

If this place still accepted mobile orders, it would get 4 stars. But they stopped doing this for some idiotic reason. The Wendy's app says the place doesn't take mobile orders from the app.
And as it is, half of the staff does not understand how to take an order or how to even add pickles to a burger. Their English is not good, and they are really good at making a person feel stressed and rushed. Counter service is terrible and the place always has the garbage cans out of order.
Too bad, because this place was becoming my favorite fast food place in Spruce Grove. I'm going to use up my remaining rewards points at another location, then I'm quitting Wendy's for good.

I always go to Stont Plain but on this evening was closer to the spruce grove location. Got all the way home to Onoway to find the burger was raw. Called in, the woman said no problem come in with receipt and they’ll refund my money.
