Today I'm forced to change my prior review and degrade this location to 1 star. It's almost 9 am and went to the drive through and they appear to be open. Hours of operation stated they were open, when I got to the order menu I was rudely greeted with were not taking orders! No goodmorning, no I'm sorry, nothing but rude and no service. This isn't the first time either. I will not be returning to this location when the stony plain location has never had a problem serving me and do so with a friendly attitude and a smile. It's worth the 5 min drive west to stony plain

After one of the most amazing days at my new forever office home, I stopped by Wendy’s in Spruce Grove—and WOW, what a perfect way to end the day. The entire team was so efficient, fast, and genuinely friendly. From the front end to the supervisor/manager to the line cook and sandwich maker, every single person I encountered delivered top-tier service with amazing accuracy.
Special shout-out to the rockstars who made my supper tonight: Sarah G., Gelin, Edwin, Jocelyn, and Sarah (#2) — you all were phenomenal! Thank you for the care and excellence. This kind of service deserves to be recognized! Thanks a ton from the Hollett crew who enjoyed every single bite with nothing to spare. Yum yum

We went to Wendy’s this month for lunch the meat is thinner and smaller. Our burger had absolutely no flavour at all it was so bad we will never go to Wendy’s again
