Wok Box - Spruce Grove

I ordered one stir-fry I was told my meal would take 25 minutes to make. I paid at the counter telling them I would be back in 25 minutes to pick it up. I came back 30 minutes later expecting to grab my stir-fry and go. They hadn't even started. They made the stir-fries for the other customers who came after me which made me mad. I so had to wait more ontop of the half hour. In total it took 40 minutes from ordering my stir-fry to receiving it. Once I got home I saw that the noodles and vegetables were not cooked. I fried them for a longer on the stove. It tasted fine once I refried it. They also forgot my chicken which was an extra cost. It was frustrating having to wait so long only to be rushed along. The service didn't reflect the money I paid.
The service is probably better from door dash, they don't seem to prioritize the costumers who show up in person.

Delicious wonton soup, tasty ginger beef and crunchy flavourful potstickers. The poutine is good it just needs more sauce (we got the butter chicken poutine) It looked like it was going out of business I am not sure the drink fridge was practically empty too. Definitely good food and would get it again! Staff was helpful and kind.

this place is not good if you are ordering delivery. every time i come in, that’s when they start making the order, which results in like a 15 min delay for my skip and doordash deliveries. very very slow and bad service

The food was good as always, but the wait time was ridiculous. We have been waiting for over 20 minutes to get 2 meals with only one couple ahead of us. There was only one worker and he should have warned us it will take a long time before we payed.

Always come here for the good deals, fresh food, and awesome customer service. The workers are attentive and fast with the service, the food is worth the price and flavourful, and the atmosphere is a relaxing place to dine in.

So..... wok box is always awesome, however, since the last time I ordered there that had added poutines..... so here is the deal. I like thier food a lot. The staff there is friendly and awesome, however........ I woukd never order the poutine from them again. Terrible fries, terrible waxy cheese, and I have had better gravy from a packet. Do not let this stop you from ordering food here, but just stay away from the poutine. The rest of the food is really good

I just went there today , it has been a while. I am gluten intolerant and what we ordered was gluten free, I was so impressed and happy. The dish was delicious, I was so full . I totally recommend this location . Thank you 😊 I will totally come back .

so disappointed for the second time in 2 weeks. thought it was just a one off cause the guy was by himself but no it continues to be shotty service and gross food. Cold poutine and War Wonton soup missing the wonton. I do not recommend.
