We visited few days ago and came in around 8:35pm and the staff said there are no more chicken on bones, we wanted to order bucket but okay we understand and changed orders. The staff and the crew peeking from the back seemed so unwelcoming and wanted us to leave very soon so they can finish closing the store. Aso, we asked for to go bcos they blocked the seating area already.One friend asked to use the washroom while waiting for the order and the staff said it is closed, even for paying customers, even if there is 20mins left before closing(9pm)! How ridiculous. Me and friends work in restaurant and service too, and we know that no matter how much we want to go home early, if a customer is inside, you still need to provide service and refrain from saying NO. The staff FURTHER explained that he needed to close the washroom early bcos it will be added time to clean again and he dont get paid overtime for it. Oh boy, you can clearly see there is no passion and care to their job at all, and it reflects to their service to customers. Fries were very salty!!!!!!!!! And fix your outdoor signage! You can barely see the logo at night!KFC ST. Paul, you are a big disappointment.

Went to thos location on my way through town, was very disappointed in the front of house "order taker", wasn't very well trained and lacking customer service skills. When questioned on changes I have been able to make at ANY other location he became very defensive. I belive just name is Vishnu.

Got the 25 piece party meal. Very disappointing. The chicken looked very dark and tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. Won't be back.

KFC ? what can be said of the delicious food. Absolutely wonderful. As always, the gravy is to die for.The building, however old it may be, is in dire need of a makeover. Needs to be more a more restaurant feeling, less than a fast food joint. How about bar height tables? Maybe something furniture from this decade.Other than the environment, the food is really the only reason I get take out from there.

We were given the choice to wait for fresh chicken or take the pieces they had, we waited. Nice and fresh. Decided to add in twisters and were disappointed with them. Lots of sauce but no tomatoes and skimpy on lettuce. Overall it was good. Did not know the coleslaw had changed prefer the previous salad better than this one.

It was my grandsons birthday and he loves kfc, I waited for my order for 1 hour 5 minutes getting increasingly impatient while orders after mine were being served, my number was 66 and there were orders in the 70s being served, it was another customer who came to my aide and told them to get my order together before anymore ordered before mine were given out. The cook was arguing from behind the counter instead of getting my order together. I finally left st. Paul kfc missing gravey and potatoes salad because I could not wait any longer as my grandson was waiting for his favorite food. When I finally got there with the chicken and his melted Ice cream cake he said kfc will no longer be his favorite food, will never go back to st paul kfc

Told supervisor that's not what the advertisement says. He said we could only get on Father's day so we left. One of the employees came running out and said the Manager ok'd it. Two young men were nice, but the supervisor, well let's just say disappointed and won't be going back here ever. Food was not fresh, restaurant was dirty. Disappointment from what we were used to from a KFC.

This was the hands down worst KFC o have ever had. the restaurant felt unclean. the lighting was dull. The food was not fresh and good. The staff seemed unsure or unfocused. I understand the area that this restaurant is located in has more transience to deal with but I got the feeling of given up at this location. Sorry guys but you need some backing from corporate.
