They won’t let you customize your sandwich and instead force you to choose from the pre-set sandwich options. Defeats the purpose of a “build your own” sandwich chain. I wouldn’t go there unless I want to pay for an overpriced sandwich that doesn’t fulfill my sandwich needs!

This particular location never ceases to disappoint me. Unless you enjoy sloppy, low quality staff service, then I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here. It’s unfortunate to say but the service here has gone to trash. The veggies look terrible and the staff are so miserable, the lady with long braid should really go work somewhere else. How can you enjoy your meal if the person making it is too lazy to do their job right?
They never answer the phones, I’m 30 min away and wanted to order 20 subs for my family and I called about a dozen times. The last few times they were ending it in the first 3 rings. Very unprofessional. Hire more people if there excuse is that they were busy.
