This is a completely different type of steak from the Wagyu beef that Japanese people eat. More tender and juicy than the sweetness and delicateness of fat! Mushrooms are definitely recommended as a garnish for the fillet. There is also a rodeo venue next door, so I wonder if it will be held there? ?

We didn't have a reservation but the staff was able to fit us in. Very friendly server, she was very attentive as well. Before your meal arrives we were given warm bread and butter, a salad and a pasta dish for the table. I had the filet mignon with the bearnaise sauce, and it was cooked a perfect medium rare, one of the best I've had in a restaurant. Overall, great service, food and atmosphere, will have to eat there again next time we are out that way!

Second time here. Once was a staff party. Rated 5 stars that time and this time should b 10 stars. Ordered the steak sandwich with tempura scrimp. Medium rare. Almost went medium glad I had medium rare. Cooked to perfection. Really tender and tasty. Starts out with bread and salad bowl and pasta bowl. Garlic toast. Service was very good. Food was a while coming out but they were super busy for a Thursday night. Disappointed in the tempura shrimp as one seemed cold in the middle. Next time bigger steak and no shrimp. Location is just off highway 2. The people in our group were also impressed with there steaks. Perfectly down and tender. Good taste and lots of flavour. Saturday is prime rib night. Makes my mouth water just writing about the food. Can’t wait for our next visit.
