This is a completely different type of steak from the Wagyu beef that Japanese people eat. More tender and juicy than the sweetness and delicateness of fat! Mushrooms are definitely recommended as a garnish for the fillet. There is also a rodeo venue next door, so I wonder if it will be held there? ?

We didn't have a reservation but the staff was able to fit us in. Very friendly server, she was very attentive as well. Before your meal arrives we were given warm bread and butter, a salad and a pasta dish for the table. I had the filet mignon with the bearnaise sauce, and it was cooked a perfect medium rare, one of the best I've had in a restaurant. Overall, great service, food and atmosphere, will have to eat there again next time we are out that way!
