My first experience was buying their take and bake Brisket Sheppards pie. We enjoyed it so much that I’ve purchased another and froze it. LoL. I’ve also bought the brisket and bacon mac and cheese, pretty good. However, the chicken pot pie I bought and just had tonight was amazing! I cannot wait till it’s back on the take and bake order list. Hopefully y’all will try making a tortierre with minced brisket.
I went in on the recommendation of a friend for the pulled pork tacos but they were only a special and not in the regular menu. So with no real idea of what I was getting I ordered the BBQ Sundae. WHAT A LET DOWN. A bunch of stuff piled on a cardboard dish, the macaroni and pulled pork were cold because of the coleslaw dumped on top, and the beans could have come from a can they were so meh. The food was really good! I enjoyed it with a friend, interior was cute. My only complaint was an unnecessary comment made by the person checking us out, we had ordered two platters, brisket and a sampler, perfect for two people, and a little dessert for the end. However I suppose it warranted a comment from this person saying \\\"Wow, thats a lot of food\\\".
