I am very disappointed, I went in and asked about the mozza burger price, which was 2 for $11. I ordered them and paid for my order, and when I looked at the receipt, I realized I was charged $16 for them. I called in, and I'm not from the area and asked about being billed $16 and not $11. I was told the $11 price was if you order through the app. If I had been told this when I first asked about it, I could have easily ordered it from the app.

Perhaps the staff at the till taking orders need to be trained properly prior to putting them on the till.

Good food for breakfast & lunch.

A customer walked in with a complaint regarding his drive-thru order. Apparently, it's an order he has done many times. Regardless, one female CSA told him no. Things began to escalate. He started to get angry (but still keeping the volume of his verbal comments in check). She then blurted aloud, "shut up and get the hell out of here". After that, both volumes of verbage became untapped.

At that point, the atmosphere became extremely difficult. Too much for me so I left.

Breakfast was below par. Have eaten here for years. First time it wasn't that good ordered classic, eggs were overcooked, toast was bread with butter barely warmed. Not the usual for this location???

Overpriced fast food

Ordered chicken strips, asked for BBQ sauce. Got on to the Trans Canada highway and realized they gave me jalapeno ranch instead. Check your food before driving away.

My husband and I stopped to have quick bite we love A&W but even though the place was clean there were a lot of flies .When we got our food they forgot my fries and as my husband was eating his burger he found a piece of wire in it on the bright side the gave us a total refund.
