Smoothie is good but I went in at 7:50am when the business claims to open at 7am. The worker made my smoothie and was nice about it but she informed me they weren’t ready to be open and I should have came when the sign was turned on. Which I just thought they forgot to turn on because the door was unlocked. Please just change your business hours.

It’s frustrating to be told again and again that fresh juice isn’t available, even though it’s a core item on the menu. It feels like the staff avoids making it to get out of cleaning the machine. That’s not the kind of service I expect from a brand like Booster Juice.

I’m a regular at this place, and I absolutely love how they make my drink—it’s always just perfect. It brings back such a sense of nostalgia because it reminds me of the drink we used to make at home when I was a kid. When I told them that, they nailed it exactly the same way.

5 stars to Hannah. Came in today to get smoothies, debit machine is down, and Hannah is on her own to handle a big rush of people. She did fantastic and the smoothies were just what I always expect

Change your hours!! I’ve went here multiple times during business hours and they are closed.

Please update your hours. Google shows open at 7 AM on Fridays (Today is Jan 13 2023), I arrived at 7:57 AM and the store was dark with no signs of life, so I doubt it would have been open at 8 either.

It was cutting it close pulled up at 8:49 open till 9 was walking up to the door when a girl ran to the front of the store turned off the open sign and locked the door. I know it was close to closing but seems a bit rude to lock up while two obvious costumes where approaching. You have set hours of operation why are you not open till the end of those set times. This is not the first time this has happened where the store has been closed before the posted time.

We pulled up to this location at 7:30pm April 25th, the sign on the door said open until 8:00pm yet the "open" light had already been turned off. We were greeted by two girls who were under trained and rude to say the least. Two near identical orders were placed (grade school math calculated out to a 20 cent difference between the orders) yet one gal tried to put one order in for over $14.00 more than the first. When the error was pointed out, the gal behind the counter was insulted that we questioned her ability to see an error in the order she punched in. She explained, both orders are not the same, that's why the difference in price (two booster juices and two paninis rang in at over $40.00!!). We waited for over a half hour for this mess to get straightened out, had three of four paninis burnt and one barely warm. This is (was) our regular stop when travelling to Calgary. Not anymore.
