Had an amazing experience at Boston Pizza, and it was all thanks to our server Rian! She was absolutely awesome! So friendly, and attentive from start to finish. She made us feel really welcome, checked in often, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests, and her positive energy made our whole visit even better. Hands down one of the best servers we’ve had we’ll definitely be back hope to have Rian again!!!

We were a group of five and were not provided a proper table. We ordered two Triple Plays but only received one after 45 minutes, and waited an additional 30 minutes for the second. We repeatedly asked for plates and did not receive them until the main course arrived. We also ordered the Salted Caramel Panookie, only to be informed afterward that they were out of ice cream — this should have been communicated before taking the order.
The service was extremely slow and unorganized. It’s clear the restaurant is understaffed. Better staffing, communication, and basic customer service are urgently needed.

Took 10 minutes to seat us in a empty restaurant waitress messed up our order and with a empty restaurant the waitress was inattentive the food was just plain bad tasted awful and then the bathroom was disgusting toilet was coated in crap the baby changing table was broken the sinks were filthy and the mirror looked as if it had not been cleaned in months just a terrible experience
