Used to be one of the best Dairy Queen locations, now it’s gone downhill in recent months. Slow service, price hikes and taking almost every kids drink off the menu. Cheaping out in the wrong places. Unfortunate what happened to this place
I just went through the reviews, it seems this is a common issue. Since when do we not care about what the consumer wants and thinks?? Maybe these new owners should reevaluate their position and if they are doing the staff right or wrong...
Apparently a strip basket with fries is now kids menu size.. Last time I eat a meal from here.

I am a massive cheesecake lover, I also pay extra for the cheesecake blizzard. Last night was yet another let down. They put the spoons inside the caps so you have to eat with a sticky hand. Yet no cheesecake inside the blizzard. Even after paying extra... Every single time it is a let down. I am no longer a customer here. it is ridiculous how hard it is for them to actually provide an order correct. 30$ for ice-cream is whatever...30$ for sloppy/Incorrect/careless ice-cream is crap. I'm sorry. If I wanted service like this I'll go to mcdonald's
Been coming here for year, until now. I don't know what there issue is but I tried getting a Sunday with extra strawberries like I always do and this is what I got, picture doesn't do it justice the container that's normally full has so much empty room it's kinda ridiculous also where are the strawberries !?! They cheated out on the fries as well.

Sadly, service has changed since new owners have taken over. Former staff are no longer getting shifts and service quality is not what it used to be.
