Tamara was so polite and friendly. I appreciate how she went above and beyond the typical fast food service. She took my order with a smile, brought my food out to me and asked if I needed anything else, and when I left she smiled and told me to have a nice day. Thank you Tamara. You rock! 🎸

We ordered a blizzard and peanut buster parfait with extra toppings tonight. We knew there would be $1.50 and $.65 for the extra toppings on the parfait. Not only was that per layer, making it about $.15 per half a peanut, but they premade our ice cream and had them sitting by the window while we waited over 5 minutes for the hot food order to be prepared for the vehicle in front of us. The ice cream is already a little too soft, but to have it waiting at the window for 5 minutes, we didn’t even make 2 minutes away before it melted so much that the lid could not be taken off. We paid $14.99 for a peanut buster parfait that couldn’t be eaten. This location has always been a disappointment, but now it’s not even worth it.
Hey lady on the power trip about not able to put on sprinkles on my 6 year olds ice cream you coulda made a kids day but nah u had to be the power tripper . Well guess what I checked on the policy about sprinkles and YOUR WRONG it’s not against Dairy Queen policies it’s up to each store how they want to do it so just for the fact you did this type of power trip on a 6 year old zero stars for you . I hope you feel great about yourself shame on you . This is the bigger lady with glasses miss power tripper .

Found a hair in my poutine when I opened and took the lid off and I had ordered 2 poutines but I only got the one and when I was trying to fill my large drink cups that the Pepsi was literally spraying everywhere not a good $58 order for a good weekend start

I have found the last two times I’ve gone in to eat there that the ladies in the front are very noisy and rude speaking in their own language and laughing. Don’t they know how rude that is to customers and the other staff that are not their nationality? They play music really loud as well. After receiving my order it was handed off to me without any acknowledgment or thank you or come again. Just handed to me and she turned right away. They all need an education in customer service. I have always gone to DQ but I will be looking for somewhere else now.

Used to be one of the best Dairy Queen locations, now it’s gone downhill in recent months. Slow service, price hikes and taking almost every kids drink off the menu. Cheaping out in the wrong places. Unfortunate what happened to this place
I just went through the reviews, it seems this is a common issue. Since when do we not care about what the consumer wants and thinks?? Maybe these new owners should reevaluate their position and if they are doing the staff right or wrong...
Apparently a strip basket with fries is now kids menu size.. Last time I eat a meal from here.

I am a massive cheesecake lover, I also pay extra for the cheesecake blizzard. Last night was yet another let down. They put the spoons inside the caps so you have to eat with a sticky hand. Yet no cheesecake inside the blizzard. Even after paying extra... Every single time it is a let down. I am no longer a customer here. it is ridiculous how hard it is for them to actually provide an order correct. 30$ for ice-cream is whatever...30$ for sloppy/Incorrect/careless ice-cream is crap. I'm sorry. If I wanted service like this I'll go to mcdonald's
