Drive thru is HORRIBLE, whenever you get a order more than 3 things, they put you out of it and its very dangerous because the parking lot is so small and I belive that it's just for their contest for better drive thru times, and after all that, they sometimes mix up your order with someone else.

My recent experience at McDonald's was surprisingly delightful. The staff greeted me with a warm smile and took my order promptly. The point of the now serving board is so you don't skip an order, leaving me standing around getting angry. McDonald's needs to sort out the restaurants that clear the order before you have served it.....

Dave in the drive through has got to be the rudest old man I have ever come across in my life. He is always rude, I can hear him with others it's not just me. He's a nasty man with no customer service. He will even change your order if they run out of something without asking you.. That's when he's not playing cell phone games. There have been numerous complaints about this man and when you ask why they don't do anything about it. They tell you because he's old. I did ask if the young people get the same treatment. Surprise no they do not.youngvpeople know better, Dave doesn't.. Massive ageism in this location. My husband and I would love to speak to the owner, however the staff won't give up that info. Or pass on ours.

The burgers n nuggets are never hot..the fries have to be the worst of all the McDonald's...even when they say we're making them fresh they come out undercooked n limp...so horrible 😤.....please fix the fries here or just stop cooking them....cause u don't know how obviously 😒

Theft!! I went through drive through ordered 2 breakfast meals 1 coffee and hit the Road, im a trucker after about 30 minutes on the road i go grab my breakfast, they only gave me 1 meal, i called them i was literally told all they can do is if i drive back 30 min to there location i would get my missing meal, literally just stole money from me! Wouldnt make it right, i even offered to settle for an email voucher and got nothing!! Poor managment amd customer service, and poor attitudes all around in there, highly suggest going somewhere else then this mcdonalds location. Crazy how they can just get away with steeling peoples money like that!
Went through the drive-thru this morning, 10/20/2024, and ordered four bacon and egg Mcgriddles, a large coffee with two creams, and a large coffee with three creams and two sugars. I received a large black coffee, a large coffee with two creams, three bacon and egg on an English muffin, and a sausage and egg on an English muffin. At least they got one of the coffees right. I told the girl at the window, and she walked away. A supervisor came over and said they don't serve Mcgriddles after 11:00 a.m. At this point there was a huge line up behind us so we said just forget it and left.

One of the worse experiences ever and it is due to the constant parade UberEats and Skip drivers that come in, they run right up to the counter waving their phones in the workers faces non-stop, asking if the “order is ready? Is the order ready”; over and over again.
It took me over 20 minutes to get my take out order from the time that I placed it because of these people. Staff needs to get better control of them and push them to the back.

We got 2 meals and they couldn’t put straws in the damn bag so were sucking on the cups like baby’s. They also gave me a cheeseburger when I asked for a plain burger and made us wait for over 10 minutes. Also had all the reversed spots taken. I want a full refund.
