My only complaint is the drive thru man nobody likes scraping there rims and tires each day when u have a truck or suv . I’ve bought enough coffee from u to fix the drive thru . Nobody makes that turn ok nobody with a truck or suv . Fix it immediately your a billion dollar company

The junior managers here need seriously more training. They have no idea how to handle customer problems. Was outright ignored by one as she had staff deal with me and turned her back to me over a minor problem. The drive thru seems to get my order wrong more than they get it right.

I always want to get a good hot meal from Micky D's but I had specifically had ordered a double quarter pounder BLT meal and I only was given a single quarter pounder meal when I specifically had said it like 3 times before that don't know what's going on but listening isnt the strong suit for everyone
6:30 in the morning. On a trip back to Manitoba. Girl at the window got the order of 2 coffees wrong 3 times. As well as a McGriddle. Had to redo the entire order at the pay window and then had to redo the coffees at the service window.

2:40 AM in the morning Sunday stampede week weekend I asked fresh fries. They told me to wait outside and then I got the fries which has so much oil. It looks like that it is dipped second time in the oil that’s bullshit and I can taste the oil in it. It was dipped second time if there is a supervisor sometime someone who can check the video Nobody made a fresh fries. They put the old fries in the oil and gave me back. Sunday stampede weekend at 2:30 or 240 that’s what time I ordered. I gonna find the receipt and put in the picture

Quarter pounders with extra pickles. Pretty simple no? No pickles on burger at all. Girl repeated our order twice lol Come on already. Fries were cold and they replace with some bit warmer. Omg not a fun experience. Smh makes you wonder how dumb they think we are. Well yeah guess we are dumb to even think of eating this .
