Disappointed in the service tonight as we ordered the specials, which we usually don’t. The server asked if we wanted salad, garlic toast, or soup with the pasta assuming it was included with the special. When we go to pay she rang it in as a regular meal, did not give us the special price. Than tells us after well you got garlic toast and salad.

My family went to Roadhouse this evening for pizza night. We have been loyal customers for over 13 years, and both of my daughters worked there for many years starting out bussing and working their ways to servers. We’ve always supported this restaurant and recommended it to others.

Tonight, however, was extremely disappointing. After waiting 40 minutes, our pizzas arrived with almost no sauce on them. It was clear something was wrong, so we informed our server. She brought it to the attention of the supervisor, who acknowledged the issue, saw there was next to no sauce and said she would speak to the manager.

When she returned, we were told that the only options management were offering was a pizza to go or 10% off — neither of which felt like an appropriate resolution given the circumstances and waiting for another 40 minutes for new pizzas was out of the question. By this point, we had already lost our appetite and our patience.

As long-time, loyal customers, we expected better — both in terms of food quality, loyalty and customer service by the management. This experience was completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, after tonight, we will not be returning to Roadhouse again.

I grew up in Strathmore, moved away a number of years ago BUT, I’ll always return to The Roadhouse only because of the memories I’ve had with amazing people. My favourite waitress hands down has to be Rachel. Her joyous spirit & extremely friendly nature is what reminds me of the town I grew up in. Thank you, Rachel! And thank you Roadhouse for the hospitality!!

Food was amazing.
We have come here twice.
Both times our servers seemed service was terrible.
The first time she forgot our child’s order and we figured maybe just a bad day.
The second time we were just totally ignored. We ordered a pizza it came and sat there being ignored. We attempted to get the waitress attention multiple times as we wanted to order more. We got sick of waiting I had to hunt someone down for our bill. We paid and went else where to get more food. Since we weren’t being helped there. I will not be returning.

You walk in and the staff are very friendly. I found The atmosphere very relaxing. Restaurant is very clean, as are their bathrooms.

Food: Everything was absolutely phenomenal. My steak was done perfectly, the fresh vegetables (can't state that in many other restaurants), cooked El Dante style. Loved it. My baked potato was perfect (it did come with butter (actual butter), sour cream, green onions and a small container of bacon bits (they looked homemade). I can't eat pork, so I had to send them back.

They have an amazing selections of desert (big portions, a lot of them are actually made in house.) Their cheesecake is a true marvel.

All in all, I would be happy to stop back there again when I'm in town. 🫠

We came here on a group hockey tournament. Preordered all our meals ahead of time. Myself and my wife ordered garden salads and my son ordered a burger and fries. My son never got fries with his burger and our salads that finally came after most people in our group were already finished were rusty and inedible. The waitress offered another salad but by then we were too short on time. Pretty simple meals that were a disaster. Not impressed at all. On top of that they charged us an automatic 19 percent tip. What a joke!
