The worst service ever

Today, after carrying a Starbucks gold membership card for a decade or more, I was told for the first time that a latte does not qualify for a free refill.
Despite the advertising right on their tables that says so!

I try hard to like it here, meet many people here for coffees, but even my patience and grace has limits!
To be fair, my Sugar Cookie Oat Latte was delicious...

Called in to ask a couple questions about the Bearista mug the day of the release, was curious as to whether or not there was a lineup...but lady who answered the phone literally spat out some rehearsed line then hung up before I could actually ask my question about them ...I get it you got lots of calls , but it gives you zero excuse to hang up before I actually ask my question!!!!

Starbuckw, for the longest time, was the king of good coffee. In the last six years they have been hit with inflation harder than the other spots like Rosso or Phil & Sebastians. This is still the best latte in Strathmore but the price is hard to swallow. A Tim's latte is half the price but almost as good most of the time. Dissapointed in the chain overall. My rating here is a reflection of the value more than any particular issue.

“Pre ordered” for pick up, waited in the drive thru just to be asked to park in their non existent parking lot, waited another 10 minutes just to walk in and have it sitting cold on the counter!

I can't comment on food or atmosphere. I was in drive-thru. The best drive-thru experience I have had in many years. The girl taking the order very friendly. But then I got up to the window and Sienna had a smile that you couldn't resist smiling back at and then she handed me my order and someone had drawn the cutest little artwork on my cup. I don't know if it was Sienna but I could do nothing but smile. It started my day off. Perfect. The tiniest things make a difference.

Disappointed that the Starbucks closed early on a Monday. They’re supposed to be open until 9 PM and had locked the doors and turned off lights by 8:55pm. Super frustrating when you’re road tripping around looking for coffee

They just never get the order right, for the only Starbucks around for 40 minutes, you would think they could do better :(
Always so sad seeing my cup.
Either they didn't put any sweetener in it, a cm of cold foam, or they just put 0 effort in. It's always a 1-3/10. Never above.
