Nice little Starbucks in Strathmore. Good size comfortable chairs. Great place for a chat and to have a drink of hot or cold beverages. The parking lot was under construction but not hard to access the store.

Store is disgusting every time I go in, don’t know why it’s so hard to clean a floor and counters, service is abhorrent most days, very few employees are actually great to deal with, and most time the drinks are watered down or have little to no taste.

Went to pick up a mobile order in the drive thru and was told to wait in front of the store as it wasn't ready and it would be brought out to me. Waited ten minutes and still no drink, went in and it was on the counter but was made wrong. This type of experience is pretty common here honestly. Some days are good but lately those seem to be few and far between.

Corporate “policy” over customers in full effect here. I took my own refillable mug in for some brew coffee, nothing fancy. Decided to add a little vanilla to my order. She said it usually comes with four pumps, I said that two was fine. But I guess I didn’t order a big enough coffee as she handed back my Contigo travel mug with 2.5 inches of room at the top. So I guess despite saving them a paper cup, a lid and two pumps of vanilla it’s not worth a customer to top off a guy’s mug. I know it’s just a couple of swigs of coffee but it’s a matter of principle, I won’t be back.

Used the app to preorder on our way through town. Everyone was friendly and order was quick but they messed up both of our orders, didn’t notice until we were back on the highway.

Just stopped at the drive through heading back to Medicine Hat and got 2 salted caramel cold brews. They are disgusting. Taste nothing like they are supposed to, barely any cold foam and it doesn't even have any flavor. Super disappointed and not turning back on the highway to get replacements. Waste of money.
