Always clean and staff are phenomenal. My food score does not reflect this location specifically ... I just feel that Subways quality is not what it used to be.

So. I need to say. I miss my subway in calgary. Everytime i go to this subway location i am disappointed. Once i got moldy green peppers and they knew it because when i called to complain they knew exactly what i was talking about. The staff other then 1 girl are not very pleasant. And no the shrinkflation here is ridiculous. They are trying to put the amount of meat used for 6 inch for a foot long. You ask for onion and they give you 2 peices i say more and she adds 2 more and i have to keep syaing more more please until there is a normal amount on the sub!. I get the inflation and rising costs but if i am paying 5 dollars more for a sub now and getting half the meat you can call me a x customer!! Ridiculous!

Silly me, I decided to give this place another chance. At least I was able to get service in under 15 minutes this time. The employee that made my sandwich was pleasant and he did a good job putting it together. Unfortunately they must have forgotten to bake the Italian herb and cheese bread fresh today. I got a refrigerated piece of styrofoam with some herbs and cheese on the outside. It’s impossible to bite, it just rips in chunks with jagged edges. Lesson learned.

The place is dirty, unkept and terribly managed. The communication skills are less than.
They cut my sandwich on their dirty counter instead of the paper they always have used.
My wrapped sandwich only contained the subway wrapping paper and now the white piece they made my sandwich on after I asked.
They don't listen to requests and judge you when they are corrected on their mistake.

Average across the board , subway has gotten out of hand price wise though, especially for the quality...guys ur a very mid sandwich place u should cut ur prices by 50 per cent 😉

I had a fantastic experience at Subway recently, and I must say the service was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I recently used the Subway app to place an order, hoping to avoid waiting in line. However, when I arrived at the specified time, my order had yet to be processed. I stood to the side and waited patiently, but it was frustrating to see people in line being served while I continued to wait. It got to the point where, had I entered the line when I arrived, I would have been served sooner than waiting for my online order to be filled. I don't expect priority placement in the queue, but I do expect to be put in the queue. It was a busy time for the staff with many customers, so I waited until they finally decided to fill my order. The way online orders are placed in the queue needs to be reconsidered. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope Subway can improve their process for handling online orders.
