It is always disappointment at this Edgefied Timhortons.
First, I ordered through Doordash due to my work nature. The order was missed. I phoned, It took very long to pick up the call. They said they cant deliver missed item. I have to go to pick it up. I placed second order through door dash and paid again . I asked for refund for first missed order. They refused the refund instead they said they gonna two items which I dont even need it.
Recently we bought a london fog as it is closer to my work location. I was hoping they could at least get that right. But nope. The London Fog was absolutely terrible. It tasted like hot water with a hint of milk and weak Earl Grey, and there was hardly any creaminess to balance it out. The whole thing was just flat and bland, with a weird, and undrinkable. I phoned and asked for Manager they refused to transfer to manager.
I will never visit this location. Sincere advise is to visit on Pine rd otherside of highway

If you are going through drive thru they offer great and speedy service. If you are ordering inside expect neither. This review is based on multiple visits of ordering inside. Each time they seem to be inconvenienced by the customers. If you order a take 12 don’t expect a lot of sugar and cream. Last time I ordered and asked for extra cream they turned their backs on me and walked away. The staff could use some extra training in customer service.

I was late for work and tired so I decided I would stop my Tim Hortons to get some coffee for myself. I ordered espresso with almond milk and when I got it was a cold drink. I asked the employee why it was cold. I told her I was mistaken and she could make me the hot drink. Another employee handed me the hot drink and said :“Next time this is called almond latte” in a very rude and impatient way and slammed the drive thru window in my face before letting me respond. I feel that the customer service is very poor here and I was not happy with the service.

I really love Timbits and always order a cappuccino from them whenever I travel anywhere. Because it is only 1 kilometer close to the village and is a passing route. I mostly order through Drive thru. I've only been in the store to order 2 times because there were quite a lot of customers. Sometimes the parking lot is full. I once only received half a glass of hot cappuccino. On that day, the drive thru line was long and the employee might have been in such a hurry that he had given me a very small amount of cappuccino. I was sad because it was my favorite dish. My boyfriend laughed at me saying “The poor jar received 1/3 of a cup of coffee!
But I don't mind and still come and order my favorite menu. Everyone can make mistakes. But ask the staff to fill the glass with drinks!😆
