I always order the same two drinks, and this tims, always seems to mess it up. Either by giving my Oat milk when I ask it to be made with chocolate milk, or not giving me my expresso shots I ordered and paid for.
When I ask if they added my shot to my ice cap, they will argue and say they did when I can clearly see it's not and taste that it's not added.
The old person who can seem to make drinks properly is the one older lady who remade it for me the time I walked in and asked for it to be remade.
Highly recommend going to one of the other locations in town

Coffee is not as hot as we expected. Crew member was rude when we approched them. Coffee with cream supposed to be cold that was she said….. This is not actually our first time we had a coffee on this area. So we know already the difference of cold and hot coffee… My intention was to inform them the abnormality so its not gonna be happen to the other costumer.

I'm sure the staff are lovely people, but every single time I order something, at least one part of my order is wrong. Every single time. Today, my coffee and daughter's iced coffee are literally syrup and completely undrinkable. Last time, my coffee unsweetened. The time before that, my BELT was an egg and cheese on the wrong bagel. Of course, I'm home or too far away for it to be worth going back. Every single time without fail, it's something. The amount of my money that has been literally thrown in the garbage because of this us mind boggling to think about. All 3 locations in Strathmore are awful and I'm just done. I love Tim Hortons when it's done right, but I'm done wasting my money here.
