Placed a mobile order 15 minutes before I got to tims. There was no one in the drive thru and a couple cars in the parking lot. Order was not ready and had to wait for everything to be made. Seemed like they didn't know about it until I told them I was picking up my order. I understand things happen but very frustrating when you are on a schedule. This never happens when you go to the tims across the highway at shell.

First all, the customer service people needs alot of training on how to treat customers. The person by the name of JHE tends to display rude impatience. If the Manager is reading this,please make sure JHE is retrained.
