My husband and I were sick within hours of eating breakfast sausage and egg buns. Called the restaurant to advise them of our experience, and we were told it was impossible to get sick that fast. Tainted food can cause immediate illness. Instead of asking questions or expressing any concern or care that others might get sick, we were blamed for calling. The older lady who served us was working at A&W on Thursday around 11:00 a.m. was rude and dismissive. I will never eat at any A&W again.

Having a root beer in a tall frosty glass mug brought back so many memories of A&W from years past. I was pleasantly surprised that our order was brought to our table! The wire mesh baskets to hold the fries were also cute! The Mama/Papa/ Handicapped washroom that I used was large and clean. Also when we left the restaurant a hat was left behind and an employee tracked us down and hand delivered it! Definitely will return! Thank you!!

The food was adequate, and A&W always serves consistent quality meals. The restaurant is clean. Staff do not provide a welcoming environment, but the service is efficient. The bathroom is in the gas station, which is a design choice that isn't optimal. The prices are high but expected in comparison to inflation.
