I was ecstatic to see that this restaurant offers dairy free cheese on their pizza and pasta, that immediately settled it, I had to support this place and get some vegan lasagna!! That's what I had today on my first visit and it was delicious and just the right portion! It felt so amazing to have finally found a local eatery that offers options that fit my ethics, I applaud Boondox, I don't know anywhere else in Sundre or even Innisfail or Olds that offers dairy free cheese to create vegan options! I am going to tell all my friends and I can't wait to come back and try a pizza!!

Four of us just had a scrumptious meal here! Fish and chips were excellent…jalapeño burger and fries was great. And two curry dishes Sri Lannan roll was outstanding as two of us shared, and chicken curry was also excellent (I took some home as it was ample). Thank you to the family who own this gem of a restaurant!
Vegetarian options: There were good vegetarian options although we didn’t have any today.

It was minus 40C with a wind chill. We want it some soup and looking for some pad thai. So we ordered two curried soup with shrimp, onions and noodles + the green curry came and it was wonderfully delicious. As prime rib was on special, we ordered one of them and shared it because the soup would have been a meal unto itself. Really good food and a really nice family restaurant.

This is my in laws go to spot to eat out in Sundre. I always order the steak sandwich, medium rare, garlic mashed potatoes, it is served with sautéed veggies,. Never have been disappointed. I have tasted other dishes, and especially like the butter chicken.

It can be really difficult to find vegan options at restaurants in smaller towns, so I was so excited to see that Boondox had dairy free cheese options for pizza and pastas, as well as multiple salad and bowl options that are vegan friendly as well. I ordered a veggie pizza with dairy free cheese this time and my husband got the meat lovers pizza. My pizza was delicious and he said his was as well. The staff were incredibly friendly, the place is beautifully decorated and well maintained, and it was an all around great experience. So grateful to have such a good option in Sundre! We will be back!

Boondox has never failed on friendliness , efficient service, and amazing food! I haven't tried everything on the menu, but the items I have have been delicious! I'm excited to try the new items on their new menu! Highly recommend eating here!
Amazing service from the minute walked in the door. Got 2xl pizza Amazing price and tasted Amazing would definitely be coming bk to get more. When was waiting tried the butter chicken just Amazing.

Amazing! Great food and a wonderful, hardworking family running the place. This restaurant is not what you would expect when you hear “family restaurant” in a small town like Sundre. It’s so much better. They have so many unique and delicious options, on top of the classics that you would find other places. There is truly something for everyone! They also allowed us a meal account as we were here for a 10 day work shift and provided hot & flavourful meals every night of our stay. Try the Triple D Burger, burrito bowl or seafood ramen!
