To slow didn’t give me the stuff I ordered they suck at their job. Their not nice they give me cold food every time. The grinch meal is so expensive they didn’t give me exactly what comes in the grinch meal. Over all Sundre McDonalds sucks

So sick of being asked to pull around. Especially when the pull around is already full. Or there's no one even behind you. The doors in and our are disgusting and clearly aren't being wiped down ever. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Double charged, confirmed in my bank app with 2 separate transaction numbers for one order, the first they claimed “didn’t go through” but it did and my bank account reflected that. Reimbursement was a pain.

This place is a lost cause and will never recover. This place has been through several new owner and has yet to improve. Terrible service and food. Wait at least 20 minutes in drive through or if you go in to eat
Past few years..this place usually serves luke warm or cold burgers..so disappointing..Ice cream machine usually broken as well..Food not as ordered..old burned fries..etc etc.. So..I come here a lot less..The new Dairy Queen is much nicer food much less chaos..lol

New owner did not make a difference totally messed up mayo on a big mac? Since when.no bottom bun.called and the lady had no clue could not understand English. This really is disappointing as we hoped new owner better service but nope nothing changed
