Gave me a raw beef burger. Drive thru waits over 30 mins for a single meal

Really,I never saw this horrible customer service. Typically, they move like sloth .. only two cars were there in the drive thru, even for them they are waiting for almost 15 to 20 min. And we went inside. Literally, it took 35 min to deliver their service. Never go until you want to spend 1 hour for a fast food chain restaurant.

probly one of the worst mcdonalds in alberta, read the other reviews if you dont believe me. Drive thru times at rush hour ( lunch ) can be up to 40 minutes. They are always out of iced coffee, latte machine broken, ice cream machine broken. They are onto their second owners and this place feels like is going under.

Slowest drive through I’ve ever seen. Waited for 10 minutes before they even took my order as there were 2 cars ahead of me. Waited another 15 minutes to get my food in the line up of cars. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a happy meal. Shouldn’t have taken 25 minutes.

We were only people in drive thru. Ordered 2 simple breakfast meals. They told me to pull around the corner then they forgot about us. I finally had to go in ask for our food.
I've attempted to go to this location. I don't understand, no one in line at drive thru, waited 5 solid minutes. No one took my order. No one else in line.

I hate reviewing things negatively, but this place needs help. They had a single manager, and a teenager working at 9 o clock on Canada day. Orders were taking upwards of 20 minutes, and they weren't even that busy. They need to get their crap together, cause I feel so bad for the poor girl working the counter and the drive through all by herself. I'm not even sure she was fully trained. Just like most reviews from the past few months, I waited unacceptably long. I had a mobile order, and I went in and had it refunded. Went to Tims instead of wasting $30.

firstly the kiosks were all down except for one, and McDonald’s was busier so people were all getting angry, service was poor and they did not get my order right at all. I ordered a poutine and a large drink and a summer drink, the poutine was barely filled, the one drink was wrong and my other drink they gave me the wrong size. I’m severely upset about this, if I was able to I’d give 0 stars but that isn’t possible so I give a 1
