Staff are friendly, and apologetic when they make a mistake, or something is amiss...eg. when their ice cream machine isn't working, which is almost always. Not sure what is wrong with it, but it seems to me they should replace that particular machine. I also have to pull up and wait for my order every time I'm there, even when it's not busy. Stopped by for a quick bite late in the night. My friend wanted vegetarian. Parveen, the girl who works here did an amazing job of getting veg for my friend. Well spoken and excellent service by Parveen. Will stop by again sometime.
