Small town pub... like going over to a friend's place for a drink and some nibbles. Super friendly service, down to earth people, and wonderful food. (House made fries, amazing Caesar salad). When you can't be at home, it's nice to feel at home.

But then some elderly lady who must be the boss came by and started bossing the staff around and telling them to change the specials on the board that we just ordered to something else then they said we couldn't have the special we already ordered because it changed so we left.

I really like this place for the 3 times we have gone. The first two times we bought burgers, fries and a drink. As for beer, they have the usual suspects, but they also have some craft. The burgers are delicious and worth going there just for those.Our friends recommended we try the wings so we went a third time. We ordered wings that are a combo of honey and hot, and a plate of nachos.The wings did not disappoint! I'm not sure they are the best I've had, but they may well be. At the very least I would say within the 3 best I've ever had. They are meaty, very saucy - and the sauce is certainly a winner. The nachos were more a good average. They had layered the nachos, but the cheese on the 2nd level was not melted at all. Not bad thoughThis pub is certainly worth a visit, if for no other reason to enjoy a plate of wings.A definite strong recommendation here....
